We had a very good experience with a problem that came up suddenly — an indicator light for a possible problem with the hybrid electric vehicle system. They took in the car on no notice, were able to get the car looked at within hours and identified and solved the problem the same day. And at no charge. Our service advisor Loan was especially great. Very clear, helpful and nice to work with. Thanks, Loan!!

I brought our 2021 Jeep for scheduled service. Kenny is the best! His communication was thorough and the process was smooth and complete. He had to order some parts to finish the job. He arranged for transportation for me to get home and to return to pick up the car.

We are on the third brand new vehicle from this dealership, and the last experience with the service center was terrible, specifically the service writer (Raul). Lied to me multiple times and did not order correct parts that needed to be replaced on the brand new vehicle. I had to call back multiple times and do my own research on what parts were needed and making sure they were ordered correctly. Then when scheduling an appointment, was told it was fine to come in on a weekend and the mechanics knew about the repairs. Got there, they knew nothing about my vehicle coming in (mechanics or service writers) and the service writer was not answering his phone when they were calling him about it… they did make it right after the headache of this and fit me in. Then upon bringing my vehicle back home I found my door panel was chipped some how from either the cleaning or repairing of something different (no, I was not told or informed about this on my brand new vehicle) and yet again had to deal with bringing it back and making sure all my parts were ordered correctly. Upon checking this, the wrong door panel had been ordered (yet again)…. The service manager was apparently going to speak the service writer who was ordering wrong parts, Lieing to me about scheduling appointments, Lieing about calling me to confirm availability, and just being difficult to work with… needless to say, after buying three brand new vehicles there and not receiving the type of care we expected after doing so much business with this dealership, we will never be doing business again here and make sure anyone who asks us where we got our vehicles that they do not go here, just to save them from the constant headache we received from the service center. Not worth my business for such terrible reliability in their service center.

These guys are awesome, helpful and more than reasonable with priced. Raul is a good guy and very helpful and was completely forthright about not overcharging me for services I had done. I will go back to these guys every time.
