Lack of Service

The routine service we get from this dealership is great, but that is where it seems to stop. We have owned our 2017 Q-7 since May of 2016 and after the 1st 10,000 mile service we identified spots on most of the chrome on the car. The service manager at that time looked into it and told us that it seemed to be a problem on several

Oil Change and Filter change; recall

I waited from 9:30(appt. time) until 12:20 for my car. At 11:15 I went and ask Shawn if my car was getting close to ready, he said they had taken it to wash and it would be about 20 minutes. At 11:40 he came back and told me they had just taken it to wash. At 12:20 I saw my car in the entrance area and went and told another service person I was ready to leave and my car was there. Shawn must have gone to lunch? In the lounge, I watched other customers come and go. I looked at the cars on the showroom floor. Not once did any sales personnel or any other employee ask me anything. I felt invisible. I love my Q5 but I definitely won't be buying another Audi. And I will get a loaner car next time, if I still have my Q5 then.
