Amazing customer service & quality repairs

Ashleigh Bourque is the best! She is not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I have been to a few Mercedes dealers and Portsmouth has by far the best customer service. They get their clients and treat them like they would want to be treated. The repairs I had done came out perfect and I left happy and excited to purchase my next MB at Portsmouth!

It’s all about the dealer

I figure I have purchased 13 MBZs in my life. I do not have to be sold on the vehicle. I have to be sold on the dealer. New ownership brought me back to this dealer. I do not recall one “sales method” used in the discussion, which was very interesting. It was just a casual conversation leading to a mutually acceptible transaction. Very refreshing and relaxing experience. I’ll be back, I’m sure.

Great Experience at MB of Portsmouth NH

Treated like a valued customer

I usually don't write reviews but in this case I had to applaud the excellent people who worked with me on the purchase of my new Mercedes, from Mike Collins, who is the best GM ever, to the sales team, to the finance dept and especially to Jeremy who spent almost 3 hours explaining all the new features of my car. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and this was more than that. Thanks to all.

Lindsey Hayes

In the market for two new cars, should be an enjoyable experience but was dreading the process. You know how it goes ! However life became so much less dread and much happier once we stepped into Mercedes of Portsmouth. We are so happy with our two new cars and the whole experience was a dream. We tried the other two german car locations on Route 33 ( you know who they are ) and as always a painful process, but not with Mercedes. Lets face it cars drive the same it is just a badge so as such the customer service was critical in the decision making process. Thanks to Bethany, John, Brittney and Eddy we are so happy and will not shop anywhere else. Thank you so much for making what is normally painful a great experience.

Best Prices

I recently purchased a new Mercedes and naturally, I wanted the best price. I visited 5 dealerships in the New England area, and the Portsmouth location was by far the most honest, and had the best price by a couple of thousand, yes thousand, dollars. They were even kind enough to allow me to visit other dealerships, with their offer still on the table. I explained to the other dealerships what they were offering me, and no one could even come close to the Portsmouth location's price. Take it from me, I spent two full days driving around New England in search of the best price, and I can honestly tell people that it was a waste of time. Don't go anywhere else except the Portsmouth location. The salesman John McMorrow and the sales manager Jeremy Copp, were very honest and extremely helpful. Naturally, there was some haggling of the price, as with any dealership, but no where near the haggling time I spent at the other Mercedes locations. They were just very upfront about their pricing. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes to buy from this location. Just visit one other Mercedes dealership, and you'll instantly recognize the superior service that the Portsmouth location has.

Top Notch Mercedes Dealership!

I recently purchased a new MB GLC300 from MB of Portsmouth. I cannot say enough good things about the folks that work at this dealership. A Professional and Thoughtful MB Dealership

I recently purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLC300 from MB of Portsmouth. Everyone I came in contact with, from the salesperson (Mel), to the finance/mgmt persons (Jeremy and Eddy), to the service folks (Peter and Rich), were amazingly helpful, professional and thoughtful. I have never had a better new car buying experience. Thank you each and everyone of you for trying so hard to please your customer. "LISTENED"

Once a 5'0" frame, my 71 year-old-body has shrunk to 4'9". As a result, my 2010 Infiniti G37x with its sporty style was no longer conducive (even with a pillow) at driving in comfort or safety -- my sight line through windshield was less than I previously enjoyed/felt safe. I really didn't know what I wanted, except viewing/sight ability was primary; I'd questioned if an SUV may provide what I needed. Melanie put me into three different SUV models/styles. None worked. Even though viewing was primary, I still needed to be comfortable getting into/out of the vehicle; I had to JUMP down from one of them! Onto car styles, I liked the new emblem grille, so we tried several, and I ALMOST bought a 2015 C300 that was a little better than my Infiniti in sightline, but not quite there (plus, it was grey and my least favorite color, which I'd already told Melanie). Melanie had put me into an E-class "Luxury" style. YUP, sight line/viewing was so much better, but the E class was much larger than I liked/wanted. So, looked as though that grey car was going to be it. Melanie searched inventory on line/walked the lot while I contemplated purchase of the grey car at her desk. Melanie soon pulled up in a C300 luxury model (2010) in white (one of two colors I'd told her I liekd). I took it for a ride, and the rest, as they say, is history! I am very happy with my 2015 C300 luxury model. I can SEE and sit comfortably. Yes, I still need a pillow, but the seats are less "sloping/slanting" backward and more evenly "distributed"; this makes it much easier to see and much more comfortable, too. I must also comment that even though I was Melanie's client, that all other personnel was pleasant, attentive, helpful. As example, when I dropped off my Infiniti and was doing paperwork with Melanie, I realized I'd forgotten my transponder. Salesman "John" nearby heard me, and offered to secure it -- and returned with that and the change I'd left in a well!

Unexpected Purchase

I was at your dealership this summer with a friend, who was purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. I spotted a pretty cardinal red C300 series and before I knew it, the car was mine. Ben was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer my questions. At the same time, he was persoanable and the sales experience was positive. Working with Jeremy was equally satisfying. The financing was presented clearly and he was able to respond to questions and responded to requests that resulted in a satisfied customer. Good teamwork and a job well done!
