Sold car knowing it needed work and used lick and stick to get sale of vehicle. The work will cost close to half what bough car for and they knew when got inspected needed work but did not disclose and still sold. Scammers

I've been buying cars for 65 years and my experience earlier this month was a first for getting a great deal and service at and from Granite. The great price and attention from their staff. The car was in great condition and passed my NYS inspection without a glitch or issue. I do most of the service on my cars and I found the car had new rotors and pads along with what looks to be a new muffler system. The car was neat and clean. And after 3 or 4 days after they had it shipped to me I received a extra keyfob that was in full working order, a item any other dealer would have tossed away. My trip up into New Hampshire was a great lesson in what quality service means.

The Truck had issues less than 24 hrs after purchase! Would probably not buy from there again

Very shady operation. Sold me a car advertising with Carfax has no accident. Anybody who works with cars knows this car was in an accident. Very shotty bodywork and paint to the rear of the car as well as a smaller fuel tank than what come stock on the car. I told them about it and they brushed it off making an excuse that the gas pump will shut off at a certain Fill. Please do not waste your time or money with this company as they are demonstrating to me unscrupulous behavior. I sent them a contact through their website about my complaints and no one could return the message. You are definitely not getting the whole story from them when you buy a car.

I have to rewrite my review. My last review was mentioned to be about the car we tested not the dealership. The dealership and the salesperson we dealt with did everything they could to make us happy. There were some issues with the car we tested " that we like" that the dealership is working on to resolve. They are working with us to make us happy.

Stopped at Granite auto sales to peek around and met Dan inside the office, he didn't run out to push anything on us and let us go to him, looked at a Hyundai and went to ask about it, Dan suggested a Volvo they had on the lot and told us to go for a test drive, both of us were thinking that we'd never own a Volvo but after taking it for a test ride we were hooked!! Dan suggested that we try the credit union in Keene. Took a ride and put in the application and the next day got the call we were approved. If I could give more stars than 5 stars I would!!

Mark is an absolute low life cheap xxxxxxx. Would never ever recommend doing business with him. No more needs to be said. Just stay far away.

I bought a Volvo for my granddaughter there. They went through the entire car and replaced what was needed. They made sure the car would be safe for her first car. Mark and Dan are the best!
