We got exactly the car we wanted at a good price. We had a chance to test drive, and were pretty sure we were going to buy the car. But, we had made an appointment to test drive another car for comparison. They let us leave without a struggle, and we happily came back and completed the purchase a few hours later. It was a pleasant and relatively fast transaction, and we're enjoying our new car.
