We are a Rockland Toyota family (we have a Corolla and just bought a new RAV 4) and have dealt with Royce Ramos before. We ask for him when we need a new car (purchase or leasing). He is honest and direct.

Just purchased a Camry XLE yesterday from Rockland Toyota. What a great and painless experience thanks to Ana Collado our sales rep. She was very sweet and very professional. We were in the market for a Scion (certified, pre-owned) and these guys made the experience super easy, informative and just overall pleasant. We had visited 3 other dealerships earlier in the week. From walking in the door (receptionist just so friendly, smiling & welcoming), to Royce (Scion guru), to Sam, Brock & Jeffrey we felt very well taken care of. I had an excellent experience at this dealership Hamadi Martin made what could have been a trying and frustrating experience light-hearted and fun. He was easy to contact, made sure to keep me informed of any new information and listened to all our needs. I would recommend this dealership, and this salesman, in particular, to others looking for Priuses.

We really felt taken care of shopping at Rockland Toyota. All the personnel seemed very pleasant and the mood was pretty laid back. It was nice to see this family type atmosphere at a dealership. Royce Ramos, our sales person was very helpful, sincere and knowledgeable about the Toyota line and each models highlights. I can't see any reason why not to go back to this dealership in the future. In a 24 hour period I found out my 2002 RAV4 needed a really expensive repair. I decided not to spend the money on a 13 year old vehicle. I went to Rockland Toyota (where I bought my 2002 RAV4) and Doug was my sales person. He was such a pleasure to deal with. I new the moment I walked in that I wanted a new 2015 RAV4. Doug was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took me, my husband, and son on a test drive in the vehicle that I had picked out. He was very well versed in all of the great features of the vehicle. My overall experience was exceptional. Great job Doug!

I was nearing the end of my semester, and i needed a car for my job this summer, i was just hoping that i could somehow get a car the final weekend before the job started.
