I was referred to this dealership by my mom. Not to mention, I’m a very very very picky but precise person. I want what I want and that’s what I go for. Nothing more, nothing less. I went to this dealership thinking that I was going to be screwed over. The staff surprised me. 2 months within me purchasing a 2017 Infinit Q50 I got into a total loss accident. I wad screwed over by my insurance company. I needed so much help to conquer this. There’s a staff member by the name of Pristine Clemmons who went above and beyond means for me! She went out of her way, on and off the clock to make sure that I was taken care of. She stayed true to her word and anything she said she was going to get done, she did it! No questions asked. Never have I ever went anywhere and received this kind of customer service from just ONE person. I appreciate her and I’m glad I chose her to go on this journey with.

Let me start out by saying that I am very big on customer service. I did not know that purchasing a car would be so hard. I tried many different company's in WPB to Fort Lauderdale and everyone turned their noise up at me because of my repo. From the time I walked in Checkered Flag they were nothing more then amazing. I was greeted with a welcoming that made me feel excellent. Fran had me to feel out my credit application and then Alex took me under his wing and advocated for me to the fullest. Alex went over and beyond to help me in my time of need. Ben took me out on my test drive and made me feel very confident that the 2017 Nissan Altima was going to be mine. To finish up my paper work and seal the deal Nancy and per bubbly personality made me smile . This group of people were very personal and that's how all company's should be when customer's are searching for a vehicle...
