Many of the overly pushy, aggressive, and sneaky sales tactics dealers use to make an extra profit and flip inventory fast, are skills that are mastered by many of their staff. The space is very unattractive and run down, The staff never smile, and expect some pushback if you say no. Personally, the car I was looking at, had 44,000 miles and was only 2 years old. I guessed that it used to be a rental but they kept trying to deny it up until the very second I pointed it out on the carfax.
