Elvis Auto Sales

I bought a 2009 Volkswagen Passat in August of 2019. It appeared to be a good car, but on the way home, it "sprung a leak" in the transmission cooler. They did fix for free, but it went seriously down hill from there. Supposedly it had 53K miles on it...no way! This car has been a massive money pit and a total hunk of junk! In less than a year we spent almost $2500 in repairs, including break work, front drivers hub/bearing, PCV valve failure, rear main seal, etc. It now has another strange noise in the front break, blower motor squeals like a stuck pig, and today another issue similar to PCV valve, major loss of power. I was sold a total xxx! I would steer very clear of this dealership, it's a typical "south division" dealership...anything to make a buck. Those in the Grand Rapids, MI area know exactly what I mean. DON'T buy a car air freshener from this place, let along a car!!!

Bought a 2006 BMW X3 from Elvis Auto sales, every thing they said about the car was spot on. a couple of weeks after buying the car I had AWD problems, which they fixed as promised. Best Used car experience ive ever had. would buy from again
