    Ty made the purchasing process super easy. I got the best price possible for my trade in and got to a price that made sense. Even treated my fiancé... and I to a bottle of wine. Great service, will continue to purchase through this dealership.

    Told buy sales price is the price he doesn't haggle basically you want it or not the arrogance is unbelievable my 2014 Mercedes only worth 10000.... Really !!!! Would not buy or recommend this place to an enemy let alone a friend and if that's Audi philosophy then I would rather buy a Toyota . thanks

    I was interested in a used car and had been looking for awhile. I found one online at this dealership that matched what I wanted. The process was very... efficient consisting of contacting them online, test driving the vehicle, negotiating, and making the purchase. They were very professional and enjoyable to work with. After the sale I had some questions and concerns which they quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Through the entire process they were focused on providing a great customer experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

    Was interested in purchasing a car as an out of state buyer, which comes with some unique challenges. After a few talks and emails with a dealer, I expressed... my intent to purchase. Received purchase agreement from the dealer and applied for my financing, got approved and informed the dealer. Then when I called back the next day to I got voicemail. Tried emailing and calling numerous times but started to get the feeling I was being dodged, should have backed out at that point but held out believing I was dealing with an upstanding company. The following day (after my loan funds were deposited) the dealer sheepishly calls me to tell me "I've got bad news, we sold the car to a walk-in" Funny thing is they sold for less than I offered. Now I'm stuck with a loan for a car that doesn't exist. The dealer couldn't care less as I expressed my disappointment in his handling of the sale. He even had the audacity to suggest I continue dealing with them. I would never recommend working with this dealership.

    My wife and I recently purchased a 2017 Q5. We worked with Craig Biagioli. After doing extensive online research we knew what we were looking for in a... new vehicle. Craig was very efficient in finding the exact exterior/interior color combination and features we wanted.
