The GOATS. Much love to the northtown mazda family. Always a pleasure to trust them with my vehicle and work is always done to a high and consistent standard.

I've been here a couple times now for various reasons and have had conversations with multiple people from different departments, all of whom are incredibly kind and respectful with a strong regard for the work they're doing. On the business side, my salesman this time around, Mr. Mohammed, made things incredibly easy. Tons of help where needed, fully transparent, and as respectable as they come. As good of an experience you can get at a car dealership.

Arrived at the dealer after work with a damaged tire that needed to be replaced. Expecting to wait for the replacement, I was surprised it was taken care of and was in my within an hour. Would recommend!

After a not so great experience with another dealership, I decided to stop in at Northtown Mazda to check out a used CX-90 and CX-9. Both used cars were in great running condition, but not what I wanted. Joey took his time and listened to what I had to say and answered most every question. If he didn’t know, he asked someone who did. Joey also took the time to look into buying new since Mazda had an incentive program running. I ended up purchasing a brand new CX-90 for roughly the same price as a used car from the other dealership I walked away from. I honestly can’t say enough about the people at Northtown Mazda. They absolutely made the buying experience a million times better. Coming from a sales background myself, these guys definitely take pride in customer service.

I had a great experience at this dealership, especially working with Aaron. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured me into anything. He walked me through the CX-50 Hybrid in detail, was transparent about the numbers, and made the whole leasing process smooth and easy to understand. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get there. I really appreciated how respectful and straightforward he was from start to finish. I’d happily come back to Aaron for any future car needs and recommend him to family and friends. Excellent experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership, especially working with Mohammad. He was efficient and made the sale of this car effortless. I had called ahead and the car was ready for me to test drive as soon as I got there. Upon my return from the test drive, they had the car I was trading in already appraised and a quote ready to go. His customer service throughout the deal was outstanding. He listened, was flexible, and respectful. I will definitely be returning to him for any car needs in the future and will recommend him to family and friends. Excellent experience.
