My car has been in for recall for 2 and a half months- I have yet to receive a proactive update on progress or what’s happening….or an update of any kind. The service manager is incredibly nice and helpful- but we need to physically show up to receive attention. We expressed interest in a trade in to buy a new vehicle with the sales team, we were met with a warm response but no action. They claimed they would contact another dealership to inquire about a car possibly in stock- 3 days later, no update. I called myself and in 20 minutes learned the car was already sold. After having purchased a 100k car, and expressing interest in a 2nd- can’t describe how disappointed I’ve been with the service here.

John and Lori kept me updated regarding my car being fixed. They were both extremely helpful and kept me informed of the progress.

The last Serb e I had was great. I had a lot to do so they got me an u er to get to the mall and take care of some altering I needed to get done for a wedding and sent another to pick me up. My car rides like a top now that the service was done and new wheels put on and aligned. Everyone was friendly and prompt service with sparkling clean car! Wonderful!

As always it was a pleasure dealing with Alex Rogers and Adam was so pleasant and helpful. I have been doing business with Colonial Cadillac for many years now and will continue to do so. Our salesman Dennis Morin went out of his way to help us with everything. They are all great people there and treat you like family.
