Just purchased a new 2025 LEXUS RX.

Just purchased a new 2025 LEXUS RX. Kevin Goggin our salesman was amazing and extremely knowledgeable in all things LEXUS! He showed us multiple cars and was able to obtain the exact color and trim that we wanted. We were able to pick it after making him show us every color in the lot. Kevin was so wonderful and patient and made this car buying event truly special. Mike in finance closed our deal and made us feel like a valuable customer. We totally recommend coming to this dealership and ask for Kevin.

A wonderful experience as soon as I walked in the door

A wonderful experience as soon as I walked in the door until I drove away with my first Lexus on my birthday last week! I want to thank Ed Khaffaf and Kevin Goggin for making this happen. I was nervous and not certain which car would be right for me. They were very patient, professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease. The test drive was smooth and easy. Kevin set up my phone to the car, went over so many features. Ed worked with the pricing until it became a reality for me to own the RX 350H. It was an overall excellent experience! Thank you!

The team at Lexus of Orange County are knowledgeable, professional and most of all very attentive and helpful. They make the auto buying experience pleasant, simple and less stressful. I inquired online about a new GX 550. Mark Feldman promptly reached out back to me. Mark was very helpful and explained the process as it went along very clearly, kept me updated while I was waiting for my vehicle delivery from the Lexus factory. They wanted to profit with $35,000 on top of lease

They wanted to profit with $35,000 on top of lease amount. They never checked my credit, but they automatically put such a high interest rate, that the price of the lease would be $35,000 over the actual lease amount. How do they come up with such numbers? I've done research on money factor percentage, and it just can't be as high as they wanted. They are a rip-off!

Wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience! This place is legit! I inquired online about a used Nissan Murano. Chris Burd immediately reached out. From the beginning of the conversation, his pricing was fair and transparent. On the way home from my son’s freshman year of college, we stopped to test drive the vehicle. This dealer was on our way home, right smack in the middle of our 6 hour drive. I fully expected to like the car, but did not expect for this dealership to offer a fair price on my trade. Chris’s pricing included the advertised online price, $175 documentation fee, tax, and registration. When signing for the car, I met with Mitch. He walked me through signing. He knew we still had a long drive home in rush hour and expeditiously handled the paperwork. Additionally, he did not pressure me with any warranty or service plans. If you have shopped for a car recently in the Long Island, or NYC vicinity, you are aware of the ridiculous, unethical pricing tactics of advertising one price, then adding a disclaimer of price is after a $3000 down payment etc. I will not buy from these other dealers. If you shop around, you will find an honest place like Lexus of Orange County. I highly recommend, and it would be my pleasure to do business with them in the future.

beware and take a lot of precautions before buying a used

beware and take a lot of precautions before buying a used car from this dealership. not trustworthy. i bought a used 2016 honda accord coupe 101k miles in 2023. in summary, within the first 2 months i found out: original 7 year old battery never replaced. a/c blew warm air half the time. a main fuse blew resulting in a completely dead car. whole entertainment system glitched out (freezing screen & static speakers). a sound fuse blew. but the big thing was after towing it to Honda, i found out the entire timing belt was never replaced and one of the tensioners was leaking (don't know cars so wording might be off). Honda said this problem has been happening for a long time, as in before i purchased. Replacing the timing belt (+spark plugs) was something that should have been done by lexus prior to selling, even just as maintenance due to the miles on the car. before buying the car i pointed out that the carfax did not show consistent servicing. i was told it was an old man that took care of the car and showed them physical proof of servicing. but they couldn't show it to me. at this point, i think i was lied to here as well. yes, i should have had the car checked immediately after purchasing, but that doesn't change the fact that they sold me a money sucker that clearly they didn't check before selling (or did and decided not to fix anything but still sell).

My first interaction with Lexus of Orange County We dealt with Sean as we inquired about a specific lexus for slae. He contacted us by phone and email and set up an appointment. We had a great experience with Sean! The only negative was the trade in offer which frankly was insulting! I rec 3 other offers from online dealers who were min $5000 over Lexus offer. As thr trade in affects Sales tax I was disappointed that they would low ball to such an extent!
