Very Satisfied

Brought Jeep in for recall and discovered a warranty problem. Service department kept me informed the who process.

Great Customer Service,Very Helpful,No Complaints

The process was very quick, and simple. When i first got there i was instantly greeted and was able to get in and out within an hour. No Complains from here everything went Great!

Ram Country of Ft. Stockton

Routine service with tire rotation. Tech did not bother to adjust air pressures after rotation. Shortly after picking up my truck and while driving heard loud clang underneath. Stopped and found a oil filter wrench laying in roadway. Don't know where tech left it laying on my truck. Returned tool to dealer. Seems pretty unprofessional considering I spent a thousand dollars on the service work. Don't know if I will return.

Ram Country Fort Stockton, TX

We were traveling from Austin TX to the Big Bend region of TX when our transmission went out on our 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan in Marathon TX, The mechanics in the immediate area told us to find a Dodge Dealer to fix it, Lucky for us Ram Country Is a dealer in Fort Stockton TX which was an hour drive. After talking to their service department we had AAA tow the van to them. The next day they called and said they had located a transmission for us. They worked well with our extended insurance company, Route 66, to work out the payment details, that was on Thursday, The transmission was delivered on Monday then installed on Tuesday and we picked the van up on Wednesday and it is running great! We were very happy with all aspects of this transaction. Thank you Ram Country!

Good, honest and helpful folks

I found that the people in the service department, especially April, were excellent, both in taking care of the repairs, that were covered under warranty, and in keeping us informed as to how things were going. We got to meet JC, the General Manager who was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
