Ram Country of Fort Stockton

When calling for updates they didn?t have my car in the system. Would be told they would call back, never did. Claimed they couldn?t find any issue with my car after keeping my car almost two weeks. They are horrible about giving updates, YOU have to be on top of calling them and hope they can answer your questions.

My A/C doesn't blow cold. the mechanic wrecked my truck's bumper pulling it into the shop. Charged me 3,000 dollars to replace all of the AC components and its still the same

I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, friendly staff, best dealer in town. I was in and out in less than an hour. Service department is awesome also!

Didn't expect to have trouble with my car. And I certainly didn't expect to be able to make an appointment on the same day. Which happened to be my only day off this week!!!!!! Thank you Ram Country. You saved my month!

Avoid. Took truck for air condition repairs, paid $1000. Air conditioner stopped working. Called them, said they call me back to schedule appointment. Never called back. Luckily summer almost over now.

Brought in a truck and said I needed new transmission. Have driven the truck 4,000 miles since then. Not sure if these people are honest or not.
