Della Kia was our 4th stop while vehicle shopping. (we had a not so great experience with della honda a few years ago). we managed to walk the lots of... all three of the dealerships we checked out before stopping into della kia. By walking the lot I mean the ENTIRE lot of all of them taking time to read the window stickers. it was very clear we were looking to purchase. we were never once approached by an employee at any of those dealerships. we got to the drivers door of the first vehicle we approached at della kia and were greeted by Jean. she asked what we were looking for. I told her. she grabbed some keys and put us into a vehicle for a test drive. we were promptly greeted when we returned. we ended up working with Cory to go over numbers and all the details. he was polite and straight forward as am I. easy to chat with while Jerry worked on financing. Jerry was extremely helpful working numbers to make things work for us. We were pushing closing on a Saturday. Never once did anyone get pushy, no one was staring down the clock. not a soul was antsy or irritated with getting us in the vehicle possibly taking longer than anticipated. I even got to chat with Mike while we waited, super nice guy. definitely a great, friendly, laidback atmosphere. I can't attest to the vehicle we have purchased as we have only had it a little over 24 hours. but as for customer service, staff, and experience I would like to add I had a tall order. Awd/4x4 third row one very modest budget. They made it happen.

Talked with mechanic and seemed very knowledgeable along with the counter staff. Also very courteous and accommodating.

Brought my car in for first free service. Consists of lube, oil and filter replacement with tire rotation and fluid top offs. Very satisfied!

This was the worst experience ever!! The people were deceitful and harsh. When I called attention to what they had done , after being told not to, they... said oh well there is nothing to he done now. They also promised to include tax, title, and registration and they didn't follow through on that. It says on one paper that it was covered and I was billed for it, then on another it says I wasn't. Lies lies and more lies. I do want to say that I leased a car from Della Subaru, and my experience ther was awesome. I was overly pleased with every step of the process and all of the staff I encountered in all areas of the business. So, this is not a Della problem. It is a staff problem. DO NOT GO TO DELLA KIA!!!!!

I went in with an idea of what I wanted, what I could afford, and left with exactly that (a leased 2020 KIA Soul). I?d like to give a big shout out to... Michael (sales rep) for taking me on that test drive (sorry if I scared you a little, breaks worked great), and for having a great sense of humor. You made me feel comfortable at the dealership and comfortable with making my decision. There was no pressure and I was able to take my time, to make sure that I was making the right decision. A big Thank you to Jean for going above and beyond to get me the monthly cost I was looking for (no strings attached). Last but not least, thank you Jerry for coming in on your day off to help with the final paper work that was needed for me to take the car home. You were all great and have earned a long-time customer.

Salesman Cory was terrific. Upfront, good personality. The problem came with the finance person and the sales manager. We were quoted a ballpark figure... for a payment the night we saw the car. The next day we were quoted over the phone a payment close to $100 more. My wife and I went in, and after discussing options, got the payment to about $50 more. As we went through the paperwork (some of which was on a tablet) - items were added to the comprehensive warranty we wanted. The new price (shown on the tablet) was $20 more per month. When I questioned this, the finance person said (I'm paraphrasing) "Oh, sorry we can get rid of those." They "swiped" the extra items off, and low and behold, the price went down $20 to the one that was originally quoted. Fine. By the way, the sales manager is sitting right here the whole time. The papers are printed out, we go to sign...the monthly payment is back up $20 a month. I very politely point out this was again the wrong amount. I was then told, no, it was right. We went back and forth for 30 minutes. I threatened to walk away a couple of times. I felt sick to my stomach and my wife had tears in her eyes. The sales manager never said a word. For those of you who think I should have walked away and perhaps they would have call me in a few days with a better offer - we needed the car, and it was very low mileage and in good shape. In the end, they offered to "compromise" by taking away a year of the comprehensive warranty, which left us with a $10 increase over the original price quoted. $10 or $20 dollars a month might not seem a lot to some people, but to my family and our limited budget, and over the course of years, it adds up. In the end, we signed the contract in silence. Neither the finance person nor the sales manager said a word to us. The salesman was shocked, and actually texted me a couple to times to make sure we were okay. If we hadn't needed the car, and I wasn't concerned someone else would snatch up such a good deal, I would have left and never come back. Caveat emptor - let the buyer beware.
