It was my first time at dealership for routine maintenance. Very pleased with the service. My vehicle had a recall that they remedied while I was there. Maintenance cost less than expected and car was washed too.

Della Kia Review
I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Cory and Mary at DELLA Kia. This is the second time I had the opportunity to work with Cory he sold me my Kia in 2019 and today he and Mary helped me to close on a wonderful new vehicle a Kia Seltos! If you are looking for a vehicle goes see Cory and Mary, you will not be disappointed! Despite a some challenges they both worked very hard to put everything together and I am the lucky one! They are both very professional and will do everything they can to get you what you need!!

Disappointing and Stressful Experience
First, let me start by saying my salesman Mike J was great. He worked with me at the original inception of my lease and followed up with me periodically over the course of the term. I then purchased my lease at the end of its term. At that time, I was told by the business manager that I was now considered the second owner (Kia was the first owner because I was merely a lessee) and that my warranties would be adjusted accordingly. I was told the only warranty I would have is the Limited Powertrain Warranty of 5yr / 60k miles. I was then offered an extended warranty at a very hefty price tag. I declined the extended warranty. I thought this was odd, so I inquired later with Kia Corporate only to find out I had been lied to. I was still considered to be the first owner of the vehicle (even as a lessee) and all my first owner warranties were intact. I was relieved to find out that I still had a LWB of 5 yrs / 60k miles, RSA of 5yrs / 60k miles and PTW of 10 yrs / 100k miles. During the financing stage, I also indicated I wanted a $0 down payment. I signed and took delivery of the vehicle. Days later, I received a phone call stating they ?forgot? to collect the $500 down payment. I was surprised to hear this since I clearly indicated I wanted $0 down, but it apparently fell on deaf ears. I had to return to the dealership and pay additional money I did not want to spend. I?m in my 70?s and have been buying vehicles for many decades. I have to say this was the worst vehicle buying experience I?ve had to date. I love and highly recommend the Kia brand, but I would not recommend this dealership.

Service Review
As Always, the service was excellent and timely. Beautiful facility and friendly staff. My concern is, My lease on the '21 K5 is ending later this year, and I was informed that new K5's are nigh impossible to come by. I do NOT want an SUV - I have a F150 for haul related needs. Disheartened to say the least...........

Service is not customer friendly
I bought a Kia seltos in 2020 from Plattsburgh Kia dealership. My sales rep Mike Johnson was so nice and very helpful. As of late I brought my car in on a scheduled appointment for wheel bearing replacement and after 2 hours of waiting am told they had to order the part! I asked because of the horrible sound it was making and that all reviews show it’s very dangerous to drive around like that, to get a rental while I wait for it to be fixed. I was advised it wasn’t dangerous and they would give me a call. So living on the mountain I won’t drive it not to work not anywhere afraid it will lock up or fall off and cause a tragic accident! After 2 cars bought from there and still this is what I get for service.
