I dropped my Lincoln off here because the brakes were not working right. They stated pads were good but brake booster had a busted diaphragm. Quoted... $712 to fix. I picked my car up 3 days later to $752 charge. I drove my car home and the brake pedal is literally scrubbing when you press it and the pedal goes all the way to the floor before stopping the car. I took it back to them and they say it's normal? I have drove this car for five years and I think I know what the brakes felt like before. I will not purchase a car from them or use their service dept again. I will update after I take my car to another mechanic.
This dealer was quick to respond to my Cars.com inquiry. The internet sales manager, William, was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding... the vehicle I was looking at and able to answer all my questions. He ultimately worked up a great deal on the truck. My wife and I made a visit to the dealer and completed the purchase within an hour or two. We were very pleased and impressed with the personnel, the facility and the available inventory of vehicles we were interested in....dealer is highly recommended.
