Efficient

Easy to schedule the service on-line. Work was all completed in the same day. Only issue was that no one called me to let me know my truck was finished so I just showed up in afternoon to pick-up truck which they had to get ready for me to take with the service dept. completely filled with vehicles from the dealership being under renovation didn't help with the access.

West Side Riderz

I had a 100% customer satisfaction experience. Theresa was a very professional, respectful, experienced and courteous person. The checking in process of my vehicle was extremely quick. Throughout the wait she would keep me updated and posted on my vehicles status. Periodically she would check up on not just me, but all her customers waiting if there is anything additional she can provide to make our wait as comfortable as possible. Excellent dealership

Best dealership by I’ve ever done business with, awesome staff from salesman to mangers, couldn’t ask for a more well rounded dealership to deal with.

No Workmanship!

My service person was very good but the guys that work on the car, don’t seem to really care about your car. They scratched my paint, left the hood on the car unlatched and I am missing a cap to my lug nut for the 2nd time.

Poor customer service

My service on Oct. 25th, 2018 was less than good. I waited 31/2 hours for an appoint I made for 9:30 that day. I did arrive at 9 o'clock for that appointment and did inform Theresa that I would be waiting for my car. I am always prepared to wait 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I believe I was for gotten. I sat outside on the bench where I could be seen so is there was problem with my car I should have been informed. What made me realize the time was because people that came in after me was picking up their cars and leaving. My service was routine just a mileage maintenance check. So why did it take almost 4 hours to do my car.

windshield wiper problem

Right windshield wiper would stick to the glass ever since the original blades were changed. Kyle was always on top of this situation. Honolulu Ford installed another new pair, but same problem. I went and purchased another pair and still the same. All in a short period of time. Finally, Kyle paid for original wipers to be installed and so far, no sticking. crossing my fingers that this is the solution.

25000mile servicing

Charlo, was great and even got me out of there in under 1 hour, which was greatly appreciated! he was prompt, polite and very friendly
