I was very taken aback by my experience at Bentley Indianapolis this past March 2026. I attempted to buy a BMWx4 and secured the financing through my bank because I had better options and financing. My bank even called the salesman, Daniel, and informed him I secured the financing. I wasn't able to pick the car up immediately because I had a workshop to attend and couldn't get away, which I informed him of. He said he'd get the car ready for me to pick up on Monday. The next day, Saturday, I received a message from him that he sold the car. What? No apologies, nothing. My bank and financing guy were flabbergasted because he informed Daniel I had secured the financing and would pick up the car on Monday. What sort of behavior is this? And I was a returning customer. My recommendation is to stay far away from this place! By the way, I ended up buying THE PERFECT BMW x2 from an actual BMW Store. And it was certified!

Austin Campbell. Incredibly condescending, rude, and passive aggressive. I was ready to buy from them, he had horrific customer service and wouldn't dare buy from them. Terrible experience

I purchased a 2023 Range Rover Sport Dynamic from Bentley Indianapolis on January 13. My sales representative was Roger Salazar. I bought this vehicle with the understanding that it had about 18 months of remaining factory warranty. That was a key reason I moved forward with the purchase. Just before the car shipped, I was informed of a camera issue. I was told it was minor and would be covered under warranty. Canceling shipment at that stage would have resulted in fees, so I agreed to handle it with Land Rover Los Angeles. After delivery, Land Rover Los Angeles determined the camera system showed evidence of pre sale tampering or non factory modification. Because this occurred before I owned the vehicle, they denied warranty coverage. I did not authorize or perform any work on this vehicle. This was never disclosed before I signed the paperwork. The vehicle also arrived with an empty gas tank and no floor mats. I was told a gas gift card and replacement mats would be sent. I never received them. I escalated the matter to the sales manager, who confirmed he spoke with Land Rover and understood the warranty denial was tied to pre sale tampering. After that, communication stopped. This has cost me over $2,000 out of pocket for repairs and replacement mats. I expected transparency and accountability from a high end dealership. Instead, I have been met with silence. I hope the dealership chooses to resolve this properly.

Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. Would definitely recommend buying from Bentley Indy and working with Ihsan.

Had the pleasure working with Ihsan Alhaffar. Can’t say enough but will be real clear; best salesman I’ve ever worked with, and that’s dozens and dozens of cars, from exotic to domestic. Put it this way, I came in prepared to buy a 80k car and Ihsan talked with me about my wants and needs and I bought a 40k car. Talk about unheard of…the best experience. Also, their inventory is top quality used, not the local exotic chop shops.

Ihsan was amazing to work with. He listened to our needs and helped us find a vehicle that was even better suited for us than the one we originally stop by to see; at a better price point. His nonaggressive natural made my wife feel extremely comfortable and confident she was picking the right vehicle. I was so impressed with Ihsan, he is now my go to “car guy.”

In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from Bentley Indianapolis. The salesman I dealt with was Austin Campbell. Initially he seemed like an honest young man however turned out a typical car salesman only interested in making the most money up front with no post sales help. In August of 2025 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan. I will not go into any of the negotiations as there wasn’t any. “Here’s the price“ period. I had a friend. I had a friend drive me down to pick it up about 110 miles from my home. About 70 miles into the drive home a warning light and message came on saying the brake pads needed replaced. I emailed the salesman and he said he would check with the service manager. I reached out to a couple of respected dealers in my area and told them my story. All said that to they would do the right thing to maintain customer satisfaction. After much no response from emails and calls I wrote to Austin Campbell and the GM Moe Barham. I was able to find a qualified mechanic to replace the pads for a fair price of $423.70 and requested reimbursement for this. No response received from either addressee. All and all a very bad experience and much respect lost of this dealership, Barham family and Austin Campbell. Please note that I refrained from writing this review for quite a number of weeks giving the dealership time to respond and do the right thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.
