The guys at Bentley were great.

The guys at Bentley were great. Especially Joshua. That’s my boy right there. Joshua wasn’t even my main salesman but he took over once my main salesman didn’t deliver. Joshua was consistent with his help by doing everything he could to get me my dream car. My dream car was on the lot but another customer beat me to it. So they (Joshua & Daniel ) helped my dreams come true by ordering/bringing me my dream car after the first customer had purchased the first one! I’m forever grateful!

I purchased a vehicle from Bentley Indianapolis in early

I purchased a vehicle from Bentley Indianapolis in early July, and while the sales process was smooth (as one would expect), everything that happened post-purchase was unacceptable. I elected to pay for them to handle all title and registration work, but I did not receive my registration until late November. This significant delay caused the plate I intended to transfer to be revoked by my state, leaving me at risk of legal issues with local law enforcement and liable for civil penalties. When I initially reached out in August to inquire about the delay, it took multiple attempts via various communication methods before I could get in touch with anyone. It felt as though my concerns were being ignored, which added to the frustration of an already stressful situation. Once I was finally able to connect with the team, Ben McLaughlin (GM) was very helpful in getting the ball rolling, providing updates, and ensuring the process was completed, which ultimately led to the successful registration of my vehicle in November. While I appreciate his efforts at that point, the level of service leading up to this was unacceptable. I worked directly with Ben McLaughlin, Dan Abusadeh, and Khaled Abusadeh, and while the initial sales process was fine, the lack of communication and delays in post-sales support made this experience far below the standard I would expect from a brand like Bentley. Unfortunately this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had.

I have always been skeptical about the Out of state

I have always been skeptical about the Out of state buying process… Until I came across Bentley Indianapolis. Sam my salesman was very quick in his response time, and even went above and beyond to make sure no boxes of concern went unchecked. I would highly recommend Bentley Indianapolis and the quality service that Sam provided.

Josh worked very hard to put together a multiple vehicle transaction! He was extremely patient and professional with his approach. My wife and I will most definitely work with Bentley Indianapolis in the future!
