Fast and efficient process without any problems. Everything was done as expected. Sales accommodated my special requests, they identified a vehicle quickly and they brought it in the dealership in no time. I just signed the paperwork and I was on the road in no time .

Dylan was so nice and so friendly, and quickly got my car back to be serviced. The waiting area is so nice that I’m actually glad I stayed and waited rather than have someone pick me up. The coffee was wonderful and the snacks were so thoughtful. They also have WiFi so I was able to catch up on some work. Dylan came out to the waiting area and told me my car was finished up much quicker than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had washed and vacuumed it - which it was in desperate need of. Excellent customer service, beautiful clean facility, and very efficient technicians. I look forward to my next visit!

Bought a used BMW from a different dealership. It had alignment issues. The other dealership out of Mississippi allowed us to take it to BMW to have it serviced. They fixed the issue within a couple of hours.
