Great dealership had plenty of different options to choose from sales guys are great they were able to get me into a vehicle when others told me no. Great APR rates and monthly payments.

This dealership sold us a truck that was defective. We put down a year's worth of my salary 27,000.00 and drove the truck home only to have the truck stall on us. We called Barak and he told us to bring the truck in but we didn't have anymore money to tow it. We got the funds to tow it in two days later and Barak called me and said nothing was wrong with the truck. We went to pick it up, made it forty miles and the check engine lights turned on. We got home and called Duke City Auto again. Not only did he inform me again that nothing was wrong with the truck he told us " and don't threaten me with a lawyer". Since then we had to repair so many things in the truck that the certified Chevy dealership deemed the whole engine no good. We were not told the truth about the truck. It's a lemon. And we lost all our money. Please be aware as a potential buyer about this skeptical business because they are looking after themselves first, not to put you in a safe and good running vehicle. Barak is very rude and like he told us "I pay for nothing" meaning he wouldn't reimburse us the towing fee. I truly believe this is not a good business to buy from.

Burak is not an "American VET supporter". And he insulted me in more ways than nessesary. Now, I am getting calls from my car that I gave Burak a cashier's check of $4g. He insulted my girlfriend who is only helping me to not walk 5 miles a day and she gave information on her reference because otherwise I would not drive the vehicle that I purchased. She didn't didn't know about the contact I initially made with Duke Autos and my connection to the agreement made in regards to my vehicle. She asked for one paperwork about references and to shred the documentation and Burak refused. Then thereafter unnecessary insults followed. "Opt out" on third party cookies, "privacy act" is the reason why she questionthis manager and the conduct he gave was unprofessional and said " You can write to The President of the United States" and have no result. Insulting not only the BBB but the ESSENCE of my country. I served this country and I am a NAvy Vet, a mechanic and I will garantee that not only does "Navajo Code Talker" means saving our America but my skills contributed to our well being as citizens of our country. So ask yourself this, why hate? Why insult? As citizens, we must fight for our country and stand up to I dividuals whether business owners, managers and whatnot to combat this e Way of thinking. We are still here! We are Dine'! We are indigenous and Americans and we must work together as businesses in times on buyer or business men and women! Merchants unite. God bless!

they suck they sell cars that look nice but are actually not worth the money. bought a car and tires were all jacked up inside. shocks and struts were now good.

Mileage is to high on the 2018 gt mustang.. pictures don't tell the whe store on this vehicle. When you turn the car on, listen to the car it's does not sound right... for that price, wow!!

First off, thank you guys(3) and Samantha at DUKE CITY AUTO in GALLUP NEW MEXICO! I LOVE the car I got, it was exactly what I was looking. I had a great experience purchasing a car from the guys Jed & Barry are awesome at Duke City Auto, LLC. They were so helpful and informative about every thing. The best part they weren't pushy at all like other places in town(Gallup). My salesman told me if I didn't want to purchase, I didn't have to and you know what, they're right. Secondly, I want to be clear and say. My credit isn't that great, I know I ruined it myself. I became careless and irresponsible managing my own finances. So I knew I have BAD CREDIT, I mean heck even my own mom wouldn't loan me money because she's afraid I wouldn't pay her back. That's how bad I really believe my credit is. I went to other dealers in town and once they seen my credit they blew me off and showed me the door, or became rude to me. Thirdly, since I knew my Credit was Bad, I saved up a down payment. I knew if I had a big down payment surely a dealership would help me. I was easier said than done until I got to Duke City Auto. I walked around the Dealerships Lot, and wasn't bother until I had questions about a car. Then, I asked for help. The salesman was super informative, and very very helpful. I chose a car I liked, and got to test drive it. I was shocked, because none of the other dealerships in town even let me test drive until I did a credit application. The car was sooooo nice & I was excited, but I didn't want my salesman to know that right off the back. At the dealership I looked at a few other cars, they have a lot of vehicles for such a small car dealership, but the first one I drove caught my eye. I thought to myself most of the other dealerships in town don't have nearly the amount of selection Duke City Auto had, and I went to 4 other dealerships before I ended up at Duke City Auto. Finally, it was time to begin another dreadful credit application. I was hesitant but my salesman told, "I had already been everywhere else and they all said no to me, why not give Duke City Auto a chance?" And he was right. After I finished the credit application, they started checking my information. I kept telling myself, "watch they'll tell me No like the other dealerships." I waited and sat there for 10 minutes. I must've looked concerned, because my salesman looked at me and said, "don't worry Angel, we're trying to figure this out for you..." Barry and Jed, assured me they were going to try everything they could to get me they car I wanted. I told them my credit was bad, they didn't care one bit. As I waited to hear if I was approved or not, I noticed how laid back and comfortable how all the workers at Duke City Auto were, they were joking laughing and that atmosphere make me at ease, because none of them were pushy, they all said hello to me, and all of them made feel welcomed. At last, Barry looked me with a HUGE smile on his face. I looked at him, like what happened? He said, " You're Approved!" I didn't believe him. he said it would be a bit to have all the numbers ready for me. The payments we're a little more than I wanted, but guess what? I screwed up my own credit, and that's my own fault not the dealerships fault or anyone else fault. When I began I signing all my Loan Documents, Samantha was awesome, she explained everything to me, and asked if I had and questions before I signed anything. She was GREAT! After I finished signing my loan papers, I asked her if its always laid back here at the dealership. She said, 'yes, and she loved working there with the guys. And their always helpful with everyone..." DUKE CITY AUTO, THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! 5 stars! 5 stars! 5 stars!

Duke city auto is the best dealer in gallup new mexico .. they helped me get the vehicle I wanted. I would reccomend them to anyone that needs a vehicle

Duke city auto had excellent service went in, they worked to get me in the ride I wanted. Very satisfied, and the process was way faster then most places. Will do business with them again. Happy with my ride.
