Excellent customer service
Bought a used car from Hanna on 11/11/17. Was assisted by Naz who was excellent. I visited the dealership 3 days in a row with different family members to test drive cars. Since I was unsure on exactly what I wanted, drove at LEAST 10 different cars before I decided on a beautiful Mercedes. The entire time Naz had a smile on his face and was patient with my requests and questions. This is the second time since they opened (less than a year ago) that we have bought a car from Hanna of Apex. Very pleased with the service and the cars bought. We will return.

Great attention to detail
I wanted a new car and had planned on stopping by on way to Charlotte. The trip fell through but the dealership continued to stay in touch and understand my issues with an emergency I encountered. When I resume my search, no matter how far I am, I will reach out to them again. Very kind and considerate.

I bought my jeep at Hanna Imports in Apex, NC. I took it in to get a regular oil change, come to find out in my service package I was entitled to free tire rotation. The service Tech. Jack Vu changed my oil, rotated my tires, and while doing so realized my rotors needed to be replaced in the rear. It costed me nothing now that's great service. They could have just let me been on my merry way especially knowing I didn't have to pay anything. Thanks Jack Vu and all the Service Guys at Hanna Imports.

Now that's service!
My favorite team is at it again! Jason and his mechanics are the super heros of car repair!! I am very sensitive to hot and cold, and two degrees can make me miserable. The air conditioner wasn't getting as cold as I thought it should, so I took it back after I bought it. They diagnosed a humidity sensor. Initially it was going to cost they were going to charge me half the price to fix it, since they didn't catch it when it came it. It didn't take them long to decide to repair it for me for free!!! It only took them an hour to fix it and man it works now!!! On top of that another dealership did maintenance due at 60,000 and Jason let me know Hannah had already performed it. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Now, I can try to get some money back for the other dealership that new the work had been done and took my money and advantage of me. Hanna and their team has more than earned my respect and all of my future business including repair and referral.

Nice Car, but.......
Bought a very nice Mazda 3 for my daughter. Staff was very friendly, process was tedious and long. Negotiated a little better deal than sticker and agreed to proceed. Embarrassed to say that I didn't catch that the paperwork was done at sticker price, not our agreed deal! They also promised to fill the gas tank and detail the car before I picked it up the next day. Wash job was pathetic and no gas was added. Also, the extended warranty they push (hard) is with a company that has a horrible reputation (US Warranty Corp). I've tried to contact them about my complaints but they will not return calls
