My XT5 had an AC malfunction.
My XT5 had an AC malfunction. The extended warranty company was reluctant to pay for a replacement. Danny Asherman convinced them to pay. His courteous and professional attitude is to be commended.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! They treated me like a thug. Second car we bought. Financing guy and Sales Manager extremely Rude and Arrogant. The sales manager wouldn’t show me car. I had to wait for sales man that was on a test run. It made me feel like I was goibg to steal a car. Ridiculous. VERY BAD. STAY AWAY. GO ELSE WHERE. Their prices is nit any better then any one else

We just stop by to take a look at the 2025 XT6 Cadillac for a future lease we have a 2023 XT5 . We had a conservation with David Dill about a new lease also (GM employee) he showed us the XT6 drove it and like it went over the numbers and we agreed to lease. We could be happier no pressure to lease felt like a family member. This washer 2nd lease in 2yrs.

When my driver-side door malfunctioned just a day before I was scheduled to leave for North Carolina, he went above and beyond to arrange an appointment within just a few hours. Thanks to his prompt and efficient service, I was able to depart on time. I’ve never received this level of care and professionalism at any other dealership.
