Fantastic Used Car Purchase Experience!

WOW! Purchased a used 2016 GMC Acadia Denali and the whole experience with Lindsay Buick GMC was fantastic. The car is in perfect condition and was clean, ran smooth and all the extras were there too. My sales person, Lina Simmons was communicative, on-point, thorough and very friendly. We conducted most of our transaction online, but in person, she whisked me through the process in record time. No small detail went by her eyes and she pointed out all the different techy toys included in the vehicle. She also got them to fill up the tank and wash the car (it had just snowed) and it is beautiful.... Rides sweet and handles very well. No complaints about the vehicle... Just praise for Lina and her associates. I have NEVER had such a fantastic auto purchasing experience and even though I live in Maryland... I will always come back to Lindsay. Mat Hull was my finance person and he handle all the details with personality and a friendliness you wouldn't expect in a dealership, but here... it's the norm. Thank you, Matt for your explanations and for getting me back on the road quickly. Perfect. Thanks to GM Bill Ford too, for training or overseeing his people well. It was obvious that customers like Lindsay Buick GMS, from the amount of people going through the showroom. If YOU need a car and can get here... DO IT! By far the best experience you'll ever have auto buying.

Great to work with

I got a 2013 Yukon that was immaculately clean. After looking for a few days for a yukon to replace my 07 yukon I had a truck sold out from under me & found this 1 at Lindsay Buick GMC. Even though the dealer was over 90 minutes away, it was worth the drive, especially working with Lina(my sales rep) who helped me & I even got the trucknfor 3k less then what they wanted to sell it for. So I'll definitely recommend Lidsay Buick GMC & Lina to my friends and family. Thanks again Lina...

Excellent Service

I was very satisfied with the service I was given. The Sales Associate that assisted me was Josh. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and got me into exactly what I was looking for. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had me pick my vehicle up the next day so they can ensure the detailing was complete. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a vehicle.

Super friendly and diligent staff

Went to look a used SUV that we saw on line. Lina reached out to us followed up afyer coordinating the visit. She had the car we wanted to look at ready for a test drive. Lina was super friendly and attentive, and answered all our question. The rest of the staff worked hard with us to make the purchase possible until we came to an good agreement and took the SUV home. Recommend this dealership and their staff.

Will never step foot back on this property. Damage my rims and tires and service rep called and got approve to replace since I had road hazard. Was told I would be reimbursed for my tires since they could not find. Not only I did not get reimbursed but since service rep did not get a claim number from the first person now rims was declined. Gm said they would get it taken care for rims and I would get reimbursed for tires. Wrong ! I paid for the 2 rims and tires. $1500 for rims and $600 for tires. Now I have $3400 into this and $2100 should have been covered by road hazard or the dealership since they did not get the approval number from the first person. Never will deal with these clowns 🤡 again!!

Writing this review on Saleena! If you ever go to Lindsay to buy a car ask for Saleena. I have never encountered such a honest, sweet and helpful salesperson in all my years of looking for cars! If it wasn’t for her honestly might have been still looking for cars but she worked with us, found the best deal for us and just made everything go smooth! I appreciate all her patience’s and her generosity she showed me and my family the day we made the deal!

I’m all about my Lindsay Vehicle

I had gone to Lindsay once before to check out some cars but I was teeter tottering on whether I should buy right now however things changed and I needed another vehicle ASAP! I went back and both time Lina Simmons was right there helping me out! She also got manager to help me and he ended up finding me the exact car and price I was looking for. Finance manager Sara was fabulous in customer service. The crew and the hospitality they showed me I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them! I didn’t feel like I was being sold to I felt like I was being taken care of.
