Reviews Lyndsay dealership sold me a 2008 Cadillac car and told me they had done their 16 point inspection and it’s a great car in excellent condition. I trusted them and did not get it checked out somewhere. Big mistake…….. The cars brake lines look more like rusty exhaust pipes. I’ve never seen anything so bad and severally dangerous, (and I worked on cars back in the 1980s) Lyndsay dealership preaches safety and an honest dealership. I’m living proof they are not either. I could have been killed. Then the service manager said we will check it for me, after the extremely high and outrageous estimate was shown to me, I told the service manager how ridiculous it is to sell me a lemon/dangerous car then want almost $5000 to fix it. He said as soon as the service department sends me the estimate I’ll see what I can do for you and call you. NO CALL. Ripped me off, I could have been killed from the brakes in horrible conditions along with a fuel and oil leak. Then said he’d take care of me in fixing the vehicle that they sold me for over $5000, now giving me a high $5000 estimate and not helping or even calling me. Total lies. (Here is the actual letter I dropped off at Lyndsay for the service manager, still NO CALL. ———————————— This is for the service manager: This is the guy who bought the 2008 from you all, and brought it in Tuesday. I couldn’t believe when I saw the photos Jason showed me of the totally rusted out and leaking brake lines. To be honest I also can’t believe you all would sell it that way. Extremely dangerous and you all seem to preach safety a lot. I could have been killed in this car. It not only had/has serious severe brake problems but oil and fuel leaks. As you’ll see by the mileage I haven’t even driven it much, I bought it this way from you. I’m not being an xxxxxxx just totally disappointed that I totally trusted you all and didn’t get it pre checked out. I can’t afford this and need my car to drive. (I will attach you my original raving review I wrote about/for you all) You said you would call me after Jason sent you the estimate and see what you can do helping me out. No call. I bought this car in good faith and trusting you all and all I was told, and in no way can afford this. Jason was very nice, and explained before I left; that it would be $2600 in labor plus the mechanic was still calling around for parts since gm has discontinued them. He said add about $1000 for parts to be safe, it maybe less. Then I get an estimate if I read it right for $4900. I think $3300+ of it is labor. And if so $1600 is more than double what I found the aftermarket brake line parts to be after checking.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I understand how frustrating it can be to face such serious issues with your 2008 Cadillac after trusting us at Lindsay Buick GMC. I really appreciated Mohammad G's help, he was friendly and helpful as the salesman. The finance guy tried to low ball me too hard on my trade in but I got him up almost 2k. After signing the documents, I find out there is only one key. I gave them 3 with my trade in. Disappointing to find that out at the end of the deal. Mohammad was great...the rest was just standard used car stuff.

**Deeply Disappointed with Unprofessional Behavior** I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from leadership at Lindsay Buick GMC in Warrenton, VA. During a recent interaction with the Sales Manager, Mr. Bruce Desimini, I encountered unprofessional and offensive behavior that I believe needs immediate attention. While discussing price discrepancies, where the math didn't add up, I remained respectful and patient. However, when I asked to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Desimini, thinking he had muted the call, referred to me as a “f***ing xxxxx.” This appalling remark was heard not only by me but also by my wife and our two young children who were in the car at the time. Such language is entirely unacceptable, especially in a customer service setting. After realizing his mistake, Mr. Desimini abruptly hung up on me. When I called back to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Richard Foard, he dismissed my concerns by stating that he, "Didn’t hear the call." Despite my attempts to address the price discrepancies, Mr. Foard was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and simply insisted, “My numbers are right,” without offering any clarification. His dismissive attitude only added to my frustration and disappointment. As a 19-year active duty military member, I hold myself to high standards of respect and professionalism, and I expect the same from those I interact with, especially in a professional setting. The behavior exhibited by Mr. Desimini and the lack of accountability from Mr. Foard are not only disappointing but deeply concerning. I urge Lindsay Automotive Group to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the conduct of these employees. This type of treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by GMC or any of its affiliated dealerships. Given that this incident occurred under the leadership of Mr. Foard, who usually responds to these reviews, I have escalated the matter to both Mr. Michael and Mr. Chip Lindsay in the hope of appropriate resolution. Absolutely the worst experience purchasing a Sierra 1500 Denali. I traveled 2 hours one-way to purchase this truck and ended up finalizing the deal on Saturday 3/9/24 and everything was smooth. I contacted the dealership on Sunday 3/10/24 to inquire about the setup of the infotainment system that was not working. I called and asked to speak to the general manager (that I met on Saturday) and the person that answered the phone didn't like my "tone" and hung up the phone. Great customer service!?? As a matter of principle I returned the truck on Sunday afternoon and cancelled the deal. Another 4 hour round trip. The General Manager wasn't helpful and gave a patronizing apology. Don't believe all the hype about how they are customer oriented. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership.

I was shopping around for vehicles and connected with Eric Countryman at Lindsay Buick GMC. I live over two hours away and ultimately wasn't able to make it to the dealership in time to purchase the vehicle I had my eye on. BUT- I had exceptional service from Eric nonetheless. I felt like I had a friend looking out for me...he communicated details, answered questions, shared videos, checked in, and it never felt pushy or less than genuine. If I lived nearby, he would be my go-to salesperson!

Drove two hours to look at a vehicle after spending almost another two hours at the dealership we decided to get the truck, it was holiday weekend and it was Saturday evening banks were closed until Tuesday. The manager stated the vehicle still available Tuesday come back with check and good to go paperwork will be in desk. I take off half day work to drive back to the dealership and another manager refuses to sell me the truck for the price agreed on and marks the truck up another 2000.00

We came to purchase a GMC sierra 1500 SLT and left with the upgraded version Denali ! We didn't plan on purchasing the best of the best, but they made it possible. Nice small dealership with professional salesmen. They served our needs well !

I purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago and it has been back in twice for maintenance. 1st my brakes were squeaking very loud and maintenance said it was a GMC issue so there's nothing they can do and now my Transmission is going out on the vehicle. I'm thinking it's time to get a lawyer. I don't have a loaner car to get to work I'm very upset because how can I pay for my over priced used vehicle I purchased from Lindsey GMC and I can't get to work. I had so much faith in this dealership but they are not keeping up to the standards they portray.........so disappointing
