Service Broke Center Bezel...............Kept my truck over 2 months then scolded me about how they spent $500.00 out of pocket to replace it.

Horrendous Service
By far the worst service department ever. Run away from this dealer. Service 1 went very well but everything since has gone completely wrong. Service 2 - I installed a factory trailer brake controller myself. Paid them $150 to program into the radio. During the same visit they fixed a squeak but had to drain radiator fluids and then refill. Took truck home and realized they never properly programmed the radio for the trailer brake controller. Took back next day. Both service advisor and tech said it was done but the settings were not showing the radio like they absolutely should have. I personally went to their parts department and got the directions to program it...they wouldn't do this but said I could if I wanted to. What the heck? They tried again to program (and ignored the factory instructions I gave them) and said it was done. Still no settings. Everyone that has this truck and the TBC does have the settings so obviously I paid $150 for nothing. Safety hazard for sure but they don't care. Took truck on a trip 2 days after the service to Colorado and towing a trailer. Fan starts running on high all the time. I pulled over and found that they never completely filled the radiator back up after draining the system. I'm now trying to get them to fix these issues and a new check engine light that just popped up. They won't accept any appointments now, first come first served. Won't prioritize things THEY screwed up which should be moved to the top. Have no idea when they can even look at any problems and to get a loaner will take 3-4 weeks. When Covid hit, they evidently laid off half their service department and it shows. Unfortunately it appears as though they kept all the bad apples. If their service department is truly this busy, wouldn't you think they would hire additional folks? Service should be fixing problems, not creating new ones. This dealer is awful...AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. PS. A customer service specialist reached out after service (to try and get their 10 stars on the survey). She claimed to be owner's wife (Laura Lee Pirtle). I told her of issues. She informed me I would hear from an Advisor in 2 days to make things right. Never got a call. Told Laura about it. She said she was on it. Never heard another word from anyone. Laura supposedly no longer works there. Go figure.

False advertisement. Lists vehicle at $18K, HOWEVER, when you go to make the purchase, the price jumps to full MSRP. Don't waste your time here; typical click bait to get you in the dealership only to find out you are not getting the price advertised. You've been warned!

Former Customer, not happy, not returning, beware
Beware of this dealership. They failed me in so many ways. I am not pleased anything other that the product. Particularly, Omar Lopez, the chief of used car sales. He displayed zero interest in keeping his promises and at times was just disingenuous. It was my worst automobile purchasing experience ever! I have purchased my share of automobiles. The dealership was super slow in sending the required paperwork to the lender and failed to send the license plate in a timely manner. They had to be prompted by myself once and the lender several times. Lopez told me a part he owed me would take more than a month to arrive. As it turned out he had not ordered the part. After waiting a fair amount of time I went there and spoke with the parts department and was told the dealership had two of the parts I was waiting for in stock. I never intend to do business with this company again.

Will never use the service center AGAIN!!!!
here again. Every time I have to take my 2016 Dodge Journey to them for scheduled maintenance or A recall nothing is ever explained to me on what they have actually worked on or if there is something else that needs to be fixed. I went in for A simple oil change on 6/11 and asked that all my fluids be replenished and 6/18 I checked my wiper fluids and it is nothing coming out which I specifically told Chris I needed filled along with replacing ALL my wiper blades and only two were replaced. I went back up there on 6/18 to have the wiper that was not done and the fluids that were not filled completed and was told the wiper they had to order which would take longer (so I guess that's why they choose to only do the front two initially and return my car with no explanation). I get home check my car and AGAIN no Fluids but was told again to my face they were all full. Now I call and they are saying it was filled and maybe it's leaking out... But I guess that's supposed to be left for me the customer to have to figure out and diagnose and not them before returning my car back. I have yet to see anything leaking from my car but this is not the first time I had to continue making trips back to back because things I paid for were never completed. I never seen such poor communication and customer service.

"Ghosted'
This dealer had a great price on a new car that I was wanting. I emailed my interest to them, filled out the vehicle appraisal form, and filled out the credit application. After a few hours of not hearing back from them I called and was told me information "would be relayed" to someone in sales. Friday afternoon went by with no return phone call and then all day Saturday. Sunday rolls around and the car shows as sold. Never in my life have a worked with a dealership so uninterested in selling a car.

DO NOT take your vehicle to this place. I dropped my vehicle off to get a new PCM and a week later when it was ready and I went and picked it up, not only was the service guy , Chris ,the rudest and most disrespectful smartass possible , but now my radio don't work, they tried to tell me that they had no reason to touch the radio , but it was working when I dropped the truck off at their shop, now the radio will not come on at all and it's been pushed back in the dash and a screw has been taken out that holds the dash in , but they try to tell me they didn't touch it. The service guy , Chris ,was the most disrespectful smart mouth little punk that I have ever dealt with, the worst business choice for dealing with customers. If I could give it a negative three stars I would. This was buy for my worst experience with a business and a mechanic, I have already called the corporate headquarters and am also contacting the BBB and file a complaint tomorrow.

Got a new PCM and the worst customer service.
DO NOT take your vehicle to this place.
