The sales rep was great.

The sales rep was great. It was the finance guy that tried to squeeze the money from it your pocket. Convinced me to get the gap after putting 9,000 dollars down which after the fact didn't make sense to me. Gave me the run around after trying to cancel it.

I brought my Chevy Traverse in for routine maintenance and had a great experience at the Chevy service center. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A shout-out to Allen, my service advisor—he was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was courteous and respectful.

This is the most prejudice racist dealership in Florida,,the so called general manager Jose Hernandez needs to be fired for racism and lies to customers .he charged me four thousand dollars more than posted price because I wouldn’t use their financing,I told got price of car out the door my credit union was drafting a check to them they lied an said they didn’t take bank drafts from credit union then proceeded to tell me if I don’t use their financing the price is four thousand dollars more then all of a sudden they take bank draft from my credit union racist racist racist please people do not buy from them .i have reported them to beter business bureau

I have no complaints about Fort Lauderdale Grieco Chevrolet. I have been dealing with Khai. He is professional, caring, and addresses all issues. When I need parts for my SUV, he keep me updated for when they are coming in.
