Purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas…the service was excellent..love my car…thx to Hugo!

Bought a 2020 Wrangler Rubicon and within 2 weeks had transmission issues. Waiting to see how they handle the repair but can’t get an appointment for another 2 weeks.

Appreciate how transparent and straight forward the whole car buying process is from start to finish.

The only positive part of my car buying experience was the sales person. Carmax claims to have done an extensive vehicle inspection, and only after buying the car did I realize that there were additional findings beyond what was disclosed in the online listing. The car I purchased had the original tires on it, which had chunks missing from the sidewalls. Instead of being wiling to help get the issue resolved, the dealership insisted that I wait for the service manager to get back from vacation, and then bring the car in for inspection. Not only did that require me to wait beyond a week, it also required me to wait beyond the 10 day return period. Instead of calling me back to discuss ways to make it right, the dealership only called me back to harass me about a VIN inspection. I regret giving this place my money. I'll never buy a car or recommend Carmax to anyone.
