I came in and Ashley had all the information I needed with a great attitude. She was determined to put my dream in the driveway! I returned that night and It was very busy but Austin jumped right in and helped me get my paperwork done before closing! Very friendly, not rushed, and let me know from the moment I walked in he was ready to assist. Brysen was friendly and did an awesome job getting my vehicle ready to go. This is my second purchase from here and I couldn’t be more pleased! What other car dealership offers the warranties you guys do? None. So many options, as well as gap insurance. Express pickup is what separates you guys from the others! No hassle! In and out for the busy type!

The rep helping me was kind but new. Allan did his best given the situation. I advised him I dont believe the car is safe to drive til they can get me in for service on the 20th. He went to talk to his manager a few steps away on what potential options we could do for the situation. The manager (I didnt get his name) was extremely unsympathetic stating "Its been past 30 days, we cant do anything for him. He can bring it in on the day to be serviced and that is it". I had went in very calm and understanding, even offering to trade it back toward another car if that was better. Their response was to have me get an online quote and didnt even talk to me about my situation at all. Buying the car was not a great process, and this customer service is exceptionally poor. I completely understand sometimes one's hands can be tied, but the complete lack of sympathy was uncalled for.

We browsed cars on a Monday and we’re told we could not test drive until Wednesday with an appointment due to COVID. Showed up at the scheduled appointment time and was told it would be over an hour because of walk ins. What?!?

Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.
