We found the vehicle we wanted online & CarMax had it delivered from TX to FL. The process was very smooth. Great service & attention from all the associates at the DAYTONA CARMAX. Very pleased with the entire transaction. And we LOVE our Beautiful Red Lexus LS 500 Sedan. We would definitely deal with CARMAX again in the future.

the online application process from pre-qualifying to approval though final process was a seamless process and there did not seem to be hiccups. The process for initiating a shipment from one location to another is another process that needs worked on. There is no sense of customer service when it comes to this so you will need valium and patience. Once the vehicle is onsite the purchasing and tag title process went very smoothly, All in all somewhat pleased with carmax and the acquiring of my vehicle.
