First time buying a car and Shawna took that time to explain everything in an understanding way. I liked how she follow up with me regarding the vehicle delivery date. Over all, Shawna makes you feel comfortable and at ease when it comes to buying any kind of vehicle.

I had just started looking for a Subaru Forester and had gone to a few other dealerships before coming to Wilsonville. The first person I met there was Shawna. From the get go she was very friendly and helpful in showing me a few different foresters in my price range. I have a difficult time making decisions and she was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I loved my experience at Wilsonville Subaru. Daniel Ramirez was very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. The dealership didn’t feel as your normal dealer, but as a more laidback and stress free environment for purchasing or not purchasing a Subaru. My car was totaled in an accident. I ad always wanted a Subaru Forrester. Price was an issue for us, as we are retired. I was able to purchased a very gently used 2018. My husband and I are so happy. Marcelo Nunez was wonderful through the whole experience. We would definitely recommend Wilsonville Subaru to everyone we know.

Buying a car seemed like a very daunting task, everyone I've talked to leads me to that impression. Turns out, that doesn't have to be the case! I left this dealership scratching my head as to how this whole process could possibly be that easy. Holly was great, she let me look around, offered to take more than one test drive, showed me all of the relevant points of the cars, and helped me pick something right for my budget. Never felt overly pressured to walk out with a car or upgrade to something with more options. Three months later and I'm still happy with the experience, the service, and most importantly, the car! Only point I have any second thoughts on is my trade in value. Would have liked another neutral opinion on that one.

In the past I have avoided dealers, however, Wilsonville Subaru is the exception,. Shawna Williams assisted us with the purchase of a new Outback and several special needs requirements with the modifications and presenting it to our son as a graduation gift. She was pleasant, professional, honest and not aggressive.

Wilsonville Subaru was amazing to us! Our "salesman" was more like a friend than a salesman. Everyone there was so nice and energetic and even though they close at 8 were so accommodating with working late to help us into the vehicle we wanted. I love my car ?
