A very good experience

I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.

Paco Calderon very GREEDY. Does not communicate well, disrespectful to clients. I went in to lease my 5th Terrain & was very disappointed with this guys lack of ethics. He had one job to do - pinstripe the car, took him 5 days to complete because he doesn't bother to read emails. Incompetent as a sales person, seems driven by greed instead of sense of fairness. Paco shows little to no integrity in dealing with customers. A stain on this dealership. I will go out of my way to advise perspective clients to deal elsewhere and not to deal with PACO CALDERON at all.

Oil change and service

The Moran service csr was great, facilities were clean and comfortable. I was on my way in about 15 mins.

New Car Experience

I visited the dealer from a eye catching add I saw in the paper. When I arrived I was skeptical with the salesperson, but ended up being very helpful and went out of his way to make the transition from trading in my old car to an incredible lease on a car I love !! I had my heart set on the Winterberry color, which was only available off the lot at another location not nearby. My salesperson tracked down and drove my new car to the dealership where I picked it up the next day ! I love love love my Encore !!

Excellant service

Very professional staff. Repair and re paint was perfect. I could not see any evidence of prior damage and my car is pearl white which is not easy to blend
