Stay away

Like the other reviewers have said, this place is a scam. They rack on thousands of dollars of xx “dealer fees.” You should be paying minimum dealer fees not these ridiculous made up amounts. Go somewhere else.

Ridiculous!!

Low ball pricing.,then adds many dealer fees adding $2,000 to the real price of vehicle. Not including normal taxes;.a dmv.. etc... Makes believe he is a wholesaler. And adds another fee!

Great Experience, Friendly, Honest!

Everyone here was great at communicating. I dealt with Pete and he was awesome, very honest up front and answered all my questions thoroughly! Put new tires on the car for me and not only was their website very straight forward with fees he didn’t waste my time and try and hide anything from me. He showed them up front and explained them all. Great guys!

Dealership adds 1,000's of miles on cars

Went to look at a car that was there for about a month. It had 87,000+ miles in the photos, but when we got there, it had 90,000 + miles. So, why would a dealership put 3,000 miles on a vehicle? Not to mention there was visable damage on the vehicle that the photos did not show. It was very filthy and the touch screen did not work. I do not recommend or at the very least, shop with caution!

Very rude

They are very rude they also put wrong information on site I wouldn’t recommend spending your money with these rude people. Very negitive the owner had an attitude

Trash Dealership

absolute garbage dealer, doesn't respond to emails, calls xxxx you can't get a person to give you a straight statement in person plus thousands in BS fees. This place needs to be shut down then bulldozed over (twice). I'd rather walk to work for the next 20 years then buy from this xxxx hole

Waste of time/run around

Waste of time. I was interested in a 2009 Escalade hybrid. I call Monday he said the truck wasn’t ready.. “Why is truck on a website and not ready”smh! Terrible, I was told the truck would be fixed by Friday or Saturday. I’ve waited all week without a car. Called Friday to only be told they never got the truck fixed and it’s selling as is with all the problems with it. Sad thing about it I was traveling from Washington DC.

Don't do business at Otocity

Terrible, terrible, terrible is all I can say. They buy your car and then they stop payment on your check. Then you are stuck with paying for a new title for you car. Bad bad news and bad business. Should have known better because they are not part of the Better Business Bureau. Guess we know why........

Completely unprofessional

Waste of time time wouldn’t recommend, was very interested in a truck they had online called set up a time to drive down and look at it drove 2 hours to the dealership for us to walk in and then tell us the truck “needed a head” it was leaking antifreeze very bad not once did they mention the truck needed work in the ad or on the phone waste of time
