We are very satisfied with the level of service we received at Dover Honda. Our salesperson John was knowledgeable and accommodating to our schedules. He gave us a thorough demonstration of the features of the car. Paula made the purchasing of the vehicle efficient by quoting us her best price right from the start so that we did not have to go back to try to negotiate a more competitive price. Xan helped us finance the car with a very competitive rate. We let Allen know that we were very satisfied with the level of service that we received when he personally came out to congratulate us on the purchase of the vehicle!

Ryan was awesome!

Great experience
This was by far one of my best car buying experiences. Without a doubt, Sue is the best salesperson I have done business with. I highly recommend asking for her if you are in the market for a Honda. I really appreciated her knowledge of the Honda brand and all of the questions she was able to answer for me.

We keep going back to Dover Honda because we get the best deal and trade in, respect and courtesy from everyone throughout the whole process, thorough explanation and demonstration of the car's systems, excellent service department, and prompt follow up after the purchase a few days later to answer any questions that we might still have. I called with a flat tire that needed to be attended to. I was able to get in that day without a problem. I was contacted within 2 hours of getting vehicle towed there and was told the diagnosis and fix. I was called again to indeed confirm the tire was able to be fixed and the car was ready. great communication and very accomodating
