I have never had a better experience than at Tower Auto Mall. The women at the front were very friendly and I was immediately helped by a salesman. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He wrote down everything I needed and I got a great deal on a Toyota Camry. I had my car within 72 hours and was able to start working right away! The service was quick and efficient. I look forward to leasing more cars with Tower Auto Mall in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Considering all the grief I've had lately with vehicles, I can say with conviction that my experience with Tower was the most pleasant. There were some glitches, some delays and clerical errors along the way, but the staff was very professional, patient and courteous throughout. I have owned several dozen vehicles in my lifetime, and I feel the honesty and transparency that is often lacking and in some cases non-existent in the auto sales industry. I am hopeful that this purchase will serve me and family well this summer.

After searching high and low for a Black/Black truck, I was pleasantly amazed at the selection at Tower Auto Mall! Lincolns, Toyota, Tahoe, Surburban's are all at Tower. Rude staff. Greedy and tricky contracts. Unethical and unfriendly staff. Most of all willingly waste your time , doing nothing and showing they are very busy. Treat you badly. Actually they exploit you, coz you are in need and they take advantage of it. God save you from them. Please stay away. There are other places and no one can be that bad, I swear.

I leased to own a 2014 MKT , he broke down down I had warranty up to 150000 miles then when I go to the dealer they took the it to all American ford in New Jersey then they say the warranty not on my name is on the prior owner name still now the car in the dealer since 9/26 /16 .every time when you call them in the ,they I gonna call you back if you don't call them again i will never hear from them.
