Absolutely terrible customer service. Jose would not give me my $$ back on a deposit I put down for a car i did NOT BUY! Cars are all beat up, repairs are terrible.. Do not go here PERIOD. AWFUL!!!

I feel most reviews don't give enough credit to the postives and tend to be overly nitpicky. Most humans, primarily those who write reviews, tend to focus on negatives and complain. Overall, I loved my experience here. I love my car. If you're expecting top of the notch, brand new A , go to the manufacturer dealer. This shop does a good job at what they do. Staff was super friendly and made me feel relaxed. Cars depreciate, so I don't see why so many people expect to buy a used car that is brand new lol My car does not have any issues and I feel it was a fair deal. The process was smooth and it was a good experience for me. I hope others who come here feel the same. Don't be deterred or always listen to bad reviews. Sometimes bad reviews are just written by negative nancy's who aren't happy with anything. Check them out and have your own experience.

I would rather walk then make a purchase here. I appreciate reliabilty and I don't feel the inventory meets that expectation. Not sticking me with a lemon.

All cars are very overpriced for the damage they all seem to have, exterior, interior, and probably under the hood. Sales guy was nice and all, but I won't be getting any car here.
