Shopping for a Forester
We found Castle on the internet and they had a nice inventory. We made an appointment, met with Mark(the salesman) and he was quite helpful. we had several incentives which assisted in our decision. Cheyenne was quite helpful also in sending us information prior to our visit. Overall anice experience.

Fantastic customer service!
Earlier in the month, I wrote a very unhappy, negative review about Castle Subaru and their AG Vehicle Shield policy. I am happy to report that the general manager and the customer service manager reached out and fixed our problem! I certainly did not expect that, so Castle Subaru, thank you for the fantastic customer service!

horrible experience
misleading, dishonest and a waste of 5 hours. We drove 50 miles to purchase a certified pre owned car. We were told that the facility is sanitized, all wear masks, cars sanitized with plastic around steering wheel, etc. Upon arrival, 95percent of people we saw, no masks. The salesman did not have one but put one on ( under his nose) when asked to. WE asked if the car was sanitized and he said no, would you like it to be? He gave the keys to another maskless person. WE said then it is not clean. The car had a sign saying as is, not certified. When questioned he said, oh we can do that in a couple of minutes. Clearly, no inspection. The AC did not work, the car was not ready for sales. We were told that they would only negotiate the price only if we came in. Also not true. We were told it could be a contactless sale which they clearly do not know what it means. What a waste of time and a shady gross experience.

Buyer Beware!
Don't believe the sales people if they try to sell you an AG Vehicle Shield and tell you the policy covers replacement of the windshield! It doesn't and I found out the hard way. Got hit with a rock on the freeway. It quickly grew to 19 inches. Have to have the whole windshield replaced because of the EyeSight technology. I already have insurance that fixes small cracks or dings--why in the world would I want another policy that says exactly the same thing? Why? The sales person told me it was different!
