I had previous experience with Car Shop in Cranberry when my son bought a car there. He had a great experience there as I just had buying a car for myself. I appreciate the car buying experience at this dealership; i.e. the quality of the car, ease of the testing driving process, no haggle reasonable pricing and professionalism of sales staff. Working with salesman Jay Campbell was a pleasure.

Had a few issues with the paperwork but overall the buying experience was stress free. Offering the trade in amount on our present vehicle only after a firm verbal commitment to purchase the new vehicle almost wasted your salesperson's time had we not been able to cover the low trade in offer.
