Everything was good.
Everything was good. One thing that I feel could have been better is to explain the roadside assistance and extended warranty better. Hopefully neither will be needed. but the car has a manufacturer warranty and I bought the extended warranty and don’t know who to call or where to go if needed. Other than that fully satisfied

Ryan kept the lines of communication going throughout the
Ryan kept the lines of communication going throughout the process. The day that I took my test drives, he was very helpful - not only with getting g different vehicles ready to test, but also with helping me to think through the options and get to a decision on what I ultimately wanted. Even when we had to do a bit of a scramble during the paperwork process to make a change, Ryan stayed cool and kept things moving along as if there was no issue. A very positive experience!
