Used GMC
Looking at a GMC. It looks good in the pics. But I can't drive over 2 hours with these bad reviews. I so glad for reviews. I feel like I'm getting screwed over and I haven't even gone yet!
YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!!
I called to inquire about a vehicle, and the man who answered, got an attitude, because I asked him to slow down because I couldn’t understand him. Then he hung up in my face after that!! Never will I do business with someone who treats me that way because it’s you who need my money. There are plenty of other cars and car dealerships to do business with!!!
Very terrible customer service
Our experience was terrible. I would highly recommend DO NOT SHOP FOR A CAR HERE. We test drove a Nissan Xterra, it had a potential problem with the radiator Sal said he would have the mechanic take a look at it and that it couldn't be sold now. We left, called a few hours later to see what was going on. Sal said it was going to be looked at in 1/2 hour and then he would talk to his boss. We gave him our phone number and he said he would call us back. No phone call that night, my husband called and text the next day, no response. I called, spoke with Sal and he said it had been sold that.night. no phone call to us, no nothing. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend them ever!!!
Stay away
I brought a car from car planet and the car lasted a week. Everytime I tried to get in contact with someone, they gave me the run around. I lost my job and almost got put out of my house. I was out of $3000
Total liers, junk cars, not worth the hassle
Like so many others I saw a decent LOOKING car at a fair price for the miles. Drove across a state to take a look and the thing was totally rusted out to the point where the running boards had actually fallen off...this thing was one pothole away from crumbling apart. Now the issue I had wasn't the junker car but the blatant lying of the representative I spoke with. Told me it had a "little surface rust". This place is the very definition of shady used car dealership. Avoid at all costs.
I recommend and here's why
Many vehicles available in all price ranges. I showed up to view a Vehicle listed here on cars.com. The vehicle was as advertised and fairly priced. Below KBB private party even. I noticed a bearing issue while driving and they took care of the maintenance at no additional charge. I have no issue recommending Car Planet. They listened to my needs and addressed all my concerns. Do your homework before buying any car from any party.
Hard no
Not a good dealership very shady and will withhold as much information on the vehicle as possible to get you to purchase also they seemed kinda racist
Just Don't
Stopped in. Don't waste your time, they are not reputable or honest. Some of the rudest USED CAR SALESMEN I've ever talked to. They have a lot of inventory crammed on their tiny lot and a lot are neglected or just downright trashed vehicles. I spoke to one of the guys over the phone about a truck, they said it was "fine." So I drove down to peek, as soon as I opened the tailgate of the truck in question the truck bed TILTED to the driver's side. This vehicle is literally being held together by its tailgate, the side panel of the truck bed lost its structural integrity. Ha! They ask high prices too for what you are buying. They will not call you back. They will dismiss you in person if you request they try to turn the key on a vehicle. They look down on women. They have no business with us, and business being in business.
