Car sense service department
I recently went to Car sense for a quick oil change. I went on a busy saturday afternoon. I was greeted right away. The gentlemen that helped me was Scott. He let me know that there was a wait but i should be out of there by 12. He showed me to the waiting room which i have to say is a lot nicer than most car dealership service waiting rooms. After waiting for about a hour. Scott came back advising that my cars was done but wanted to let me know that my car is due for inspection at the end of the month. His tech noticed a few things that he recommends to be fixed before inspection. At the time i declined the recommended service but do plan on coming back for future service. I appreciate scott explaining what needed to be done and not pushing to get the sale.

Great experience at Car Sense in Chester Springs
I have had several cars serviced here over the past couple of years. One of the cars has needed repeated work. I have worked exclusively with Scott. No matter when or how often I call, I get an immediate response. Scott has been attentive and thorough with every visit. He makes me feel that I am part of a family. It is always a pleasure working with Scott. Each time I bring a car in for service and work with Scott, it confirms that I made the right choice when I decided to purchase a car at Car Sense.

Great Experience!
My sales rep was Greg McCracken. The purchasing experience was excellent. I was in no hurry to purchase a car, and there was no gimmicky sales pressure, which was nice. I went back to the dealership about 3 times to make sure I was making the right decision. Greg did a great job explaining everything and went the extra mile with the documentation and follow up. I will be recommending CarSense. (this is my second car from here)

Excellent Service Experience
I always take my vehicle to CarSense for service because of the great customer service! The mechanics are willing to explain and show me any needed repairs. The prices are lower than the dealer! CarSense has proved to me that they are honest, trustworthy and dedicated to their customers.

Jim Farrell is top notch
Jim Farrell made the whole buying experience easy and hassle free. We had selected a couple vehicles online and made an appointment with Jim.. He had our first choice waiting for us when we arrived. Took a test drive. Jim greeted us on our return to dealership, and we completed the purchase. He had the vehicle washed and we drove it home. Jim was courteous and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. I highly recommend Jim Farrell.

Service is fantastic!
The service department is so great, had my car in for regular service and a noise issue, they found the noise quickly and got it fixed the first time! The waiting room was very nice as well. The shuttle service was so convienent as they took me home until the repairs were done. Highly recommend

Great service department.
I bought my BMW at Carsense and also get my other cars serviced there as well. I enjoy the free shuttle service as i work down the street. Also they have a nice waiting room with free drinks and coffee and play area for the kids.
