My second car purchased at this location. Staff is friendly, options are vast and never felt pressure regarding my choice or to purchase. Strongly would recommend.

purchased my second vehicle thenot be a third. communication is very very poor. once sale done-you no longer exist for any type of correspondence. tags were to be be new tags...never happened. Was told registration sent to my home...over a week and still no registration. Several calls and no return calls as well as face to face conversation at My Holly location and told someone will respond with a resolution in 12 hours and we are now at a week ater. GM Dean Miller should set the example of good customer handling but I feel that is not a benchmark they shoot for. Lost a customer and will pass the word on how Carshop handles customers and any concerns when they arise. last 8 of vin pba38422 if anyone in decision making role (dealer principle/director of operations)cares to find my information and reach out. A chance to save a customer if Carshop really cares.

This is the 5th car we have bought from carahop. We would not think of going anywhere else. Christopher was great to work with, and we will go there for our next car.

Great no haggle dealership to purchase a good used car from. My salesman, Jeff, was very honest and informative. There was no pressure put on us to buy. The car was located at their other location in Pennsylvania, and they had it transported to Mt Holly so that we could see it at our convenience. In addition, they provided a very fair trade in amount which ultimately led to our decision to buy. We will definitely look to purchase our future cars from this dealership. Sue Brown
