Looked online for 3 weeks for a Mazda 3 sedan w leather & moonroof. Found the car at CarShop in Mt. Holly. Travelled 1.5 hrs.from PA to test drive this car. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the dealership. The car was ready and I was met by Jeff to explain the process. Everyone there was professional and courteous. I would recommend to others.

Honest!
Honest! I thought I needed brakes and rotors and they could have replaced them but instead they were honest and told me I did not then replaced that only thing I need it was brake pins and brake fluid flush. Here I am thinking I needed brakes and rotors but not at all. I liked they they were honest or they could have replaced them and charged me for it when I didn’t even need

We purchased our last car from Carsense in 2010.. We decided to come back and were glad we did. There was absolutely no pressure in dealing with them. Ben Dailey was a pleasure to work with. We test drove a few cars that were very nice, but saw a Toyota Camry online that was at there dealership in Hatfield, Pa. Ben said he would have it delivered to Westampton on Monday for us to look at. We loved and purchased it. Thanks Ben!

I will never buy a car from Car Shop again.
I will never buy a car from Car Shop again. Since the day I purchased my vehicle from this establishment, it has been nothing but problems. Before I even left the lot, I informed the gentlemen selling me my car that there were grease stains and hand prints all over the interior. He gave me a "WE OWE YOU" and told me to come back within the next few days and they would detail the car. I brought the car back and after showing the men who were cleaning the stains where the stains were, they told me they couldn't find anything and there was nothing to clean. Next, I went to change my oil after owning and driving the car for 3 months and there was a birds nest inside of my air filter. I was told that the oil was changed prior to purchasing the vehicle by their certified mechanic. Apparently, the certified mechanic must have missed the bird nest and oil consumption problem as well. My car eats about a quart of oil every 1,000 miles. I brought my car back to the dealer for the third time in 3 months to have an oil consumption test done, and was told I would need to pay for my oil change and oil consumption test even though it was still within the 3 month and 3,000 warranty. Not to mention the birds nest I had to relocate from my oil filter. I chalked it up to a lost cause and just drove my car and added oil periodically. I decided to live with it because clearly Car Shop didn't care and there was nothing I could do about at that point. After the oil consumption problem, bad cleaning job, left over air freshener strings around my rear view mirror and the loud clicking noise coming from the front driver side I really didn't think my brand new car could get any worse. Well, it did get worse. I cleaned my car with a black paint safe car cleaner and noticed that the brand new paint job that Car Shop did just days before I purchased it, is now chipping under the trunk wing, around the handles and near parts of the front grill. Speaking of paint job, it took me 4 weeks to realize I had rear bumper reflectors because who ever painted my car left tape on the reflectors and door handles. Finally, to bring it all back together, my car alarm will not stop going off and I have tried everything to fix it. I have tried new key fobs, a new car battery, fixing the hood latch sensor and nothing is working. Until I have time to take my vehicle to a Hyundai dealer, I am stuck with a wrench in my cup holder so I can disconnect and re-connect my car batter every time I drive it. So, if I could give zero stars I would.

I go into the location.
I go into the location. Everyone was nice. I was introduced to Sarah Davis sales person. We sit down and we go over some cars some options and I pick a car I go out to test drive it. I realize that I don’t have my license so she allowed me to drive on the parking lot, which took about three minutes I come back and she’s sitting at her desk with new clients. So at this point, I guess I’m supposed to wait for her to be done with those clients. She did not come to me and say chris I’ll be a couple of minutes , I was just left to the counterperson to answer my questions. I already answered questions for my sales person. I didn’t need to go over this all over again with counterperson. I believe this was rude. He didn’t understand my problem so I basically or they basically lost a sale because of their rudeness .
