They treat me like family
All the staff at Car Sense treat me as if I am one of the family and will be with them for life. When I purchased my van, Devon Taylor made sure I knew everything about it. He immediately corrected the few minor defects that I identified in this used vehicle. Even though I didn't even notice it, they repainted the rear bumper because it had a scratch. Kyle Cuneo clearly explained to me all the service plan options and even recommended the optimum for my driving behaviors. After receiving the vehicle, I noticed a few other minor issues. Bill Kompa is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. I live 80 miles away. Bill made special schedule arrangements to enable me to work in a visit to Car Sense with my other planned activities in the area. When I walk into Car Sense, everyone greets me by name. I look forward to my next visit.

Mike Driscoll is the man
Mike helped me out buying my first real car. I made the poor guy pull out three cars. He finally pulled out a Chevy Sonic that they had just gotten in. I loved it and decided to go with it. Mike even stayed late to get the paperwork processed so that I could leave with the car that night. I was considering naming the car Mike, even. But Jarvis sounded cooler. But Mike is still the man. 10/10 with rice. Would buy another car if I could afford it. Thanks guys!

Highly impressed with my new car. Great customer service and it was the fastest way of buying a car I ever experienced. My salesman Michael Driscoll took the time to carefully layout all the details of the finances, the features of the car, and clearly relayed that information to me. I will recommend others to come here! I'll be here again for my next car!

Very satisfactory expeience
I was looking for a reliable used car for my daughter to commute to college. Michael Driscoll, the CarSense sales person has excellent communication skills and was friendly and most helpful in finding a car that we could afford and that my daughter loves. We purchased a bright yellow 2006 PT Cruiser with only 44,000 miles at a very reasonable price. In addition the car was completely gone over, new breaks and tires were installed on the front, the oil was changed and the car has a PA inspection for 1 year. Prior to going to CarSense Robinson Twp. we visited 3 other traditional car lots and the experiences were disturbing to say the least. CarSense gave us measurable quality for our dollars vs. sleazy used car sales guy rhetoric and empty promises. I will need to replace my Toyota Rav in about a year. I always buy used vehicles with 25,000-40,000 miles. CarSense Robinson Twp. will be the first place I go.

I had an excellent experience at car sense. I would rate it 5 stars for all areas. However it would not let me rate above. It is very touch sensitive. Michael Driscoll was extremely helpful during my buying process!

Already need tires replaced... In 6 months??
Purchased my vehicle 6 months ago and I already need 4 new tires. 6.5 months and less than 10,000 miles driven. They can't do anything but quote me 4 new tires. I will never go here again and if you do buy a car, get the tread measurements as well. They say they go through a 100 point test so you're buying like a brand new car but I've never heard of a new car needing tires after 6.5 months and 10,000 miles. What a joke!

Disappointed in the follow through
I went to Car Sense in Robinson as I was drawn in by the No Haggle opportunity. I found a car I wanted and everything was great at the beginning. I was given time to peruse the lot, take a few test drives and then sit with my sales person to review financing options, etc. This is when things became slightly less friendly. I chose not to finance through them and decided not to purchase the extra warranty. All of a sudden the "used car salesman" came out. The pressure was applied and a string of statements as to why I wasn't making good decisions spewed. That was a slight turn off. Not enough to walk away but definitely a deterrent. After securing financing and returning to pick up the car 2 days later, again I was hit with pressure to buy the extra warranty. Again I declined. During the buying process I was told that a thorough run through of the car's options would be reviewed upon pick up. I was told the car would be cleaned up. When I arrived, the sales person couldn't get rid of me fast enough. There was no review which isn't a big deal. The car comes with a book. I was able to read and get the information I needed. The windows were dirty and the factory mats were removed and replaced with cheap mats. He was short and visibly frustrated. So, in the future, I will make sure that I am prepared the whole way through the process. The experience started off very nicely, I let my guard down and then was disappointed. A side note: My daughter purchased a car from Car Sense in Cranberry and had a wonderful experience.

Everyone should buy their cars here
Jaison and Steve are terrific!! Everything is explained very clearly, even for the first-time car buyer (which would be me). I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted, and by divine luck they received the exact car I wanted the day before I stopped in to test drive another one. Everyone is so very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the energy, honesty and candor of all the employees here, especially Jaison and Steve. I would DEFINITELY do business again with them and would highly recommend to everyone I know (or don't know)!
