Got approved for a vehicle but they wanted three times the Kelley Blue Book listed amount! Got almost ready to buy it out of desperation and needing a vehicle and they kicked me out because I couldn't get a hold of my normal insurance company and I was going to buy different insurance so I could get a vehicle. they forgot to give me my license back I had to go back and get that. Then they blocked my number!

Went in on a Saturday 4 hrs later told my son he was approved for up to $15,000 but needed a little more down due to his trade not worth enough. Asked what if I sell it for cash. Was told by sales manager that would work. So next day sold it for 3 times what they offered call gen manager and told him we are on the way. He then said wait let call the one who approved you make sure they will still take deal because that was yesterday.. xxx after being told loan approval was good for 30 days. NEVER CALLED US BACK. fraud. Cons. Cheater. Bait & switch. Everyone approved B.S. called the feds they are investigating dealer already thank god i didn't buy that faithful Saturday. DON'T GO TO INDY C.C. formally Valucar rip you off. Not everyone is approved go to prestige in ocala newer truck lower payments & no B.S.

They are a terrible place, they take advantage of people. Granted I should have done my research, but it was my first high buying experience. They charged $6000 more than the value of the car and gave me the state maximum intrest rare 28.99%. The finance manage said they would ask me if I wanted to refinance after a year, after the year came around, turns out the finance company doesn't even do refinancing. They're so crapy that they had to rebrand themselves because as value-car they had an "F" with the BBB. I went in after they rebranded themselves and the managment was the same people, sale people were the same, and the finance company "GFR" is a joke and the guy "Marvin" is a complete a**hole. BTW the car has had starting issues since the day after we bought the vehice, the traction control light and the check engine light came on. They said to bring it back and they said they fixed it. We got half way home and it turns out all they did was erase all the codes and they dash board lit up again.

From a person whos mostly a novice when it comes to cars they were very up front with me. Very informative and not too pushy. It does seem like the people out front `the hosts as I call them? do a lot of the grindy work, compared to the carsells people. But as long as I?m properly informed i don?t mind!

They are so disorganised its crazy and you wait forever just to find out your status and they keep coming back with we working hard back there.

walked in with really not amazing credit. walked out with a car that I love thats barely two years old. honestly cant say enough about these guys. great experience.

NEVER BEEN TO A USED DEALER LIKE THIS. HUGE PLACE. TONS OF CARS. GREAT SERVICE. FELT LIKE I WAS BUYING A NEW CAR COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE AND I REFERRED EVERYONE I CAN.
