Very disappointing experience. Irwin Hyundai advertised a car price on the web, which we requested an online quote for. Shortly after our request, we received an email quote from Tyler that was better than the web advertised price and a note saying the price was valid for 24 hours. We drove three hours the next day from Massachusetts to the dealership to test drive and buy the car and they would not honor the quoted price. In addition, to that they low-balled the estimate on our trade in which was more than $3000 less than other dealers had estimated its value. Then when I presented them with the $3000 certificate over book value for our trade in that they gave me online for making an appointment, they again would not honor the certificate. Overall, I would not do business with a company that does not stand by their word. If they won't stand by their price quote, or other online promotions, it makes you wonder what else they won’t honor when they are dealing with you.

I'm going to cut straight to the chase: There's a fantastic reason why this is the best auto dealership in the state of New Hampshire....thier service department and customer relations folks are simply head and shoulders above anyone or anyhow in the state. I've been around for more than 80 years and I know what I'm talking about!!!! I've dealt with car dealerships in four different states and the difference is absolutely clear. Irwin knoxs the all out of the park....especially their department... Those folks are fair, patient, easy to talk with, and sensible with their pricing. With all of this: very special thanks and recognition goes out to Ron Clark, service advisor, for the great special assistance he provided me during my most recent visit... Thank you, Ron. Doug Wilkinson, Wolfeboro, NH

we had a great time with our salesman, Hoon Sang, when we leased our Elantra SEL. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, not pushy at all. We will be back!!
