I fix most of my own vehicles if possible. I recently however needed to bring my Volvo in for dealer service. A new experience for me to be sure. The service advisor Brian Tessitore was the service advisor for my repair. Brian was clear and concise in what i could expect. Prices were discussed, expectations were addressed. Dealing with an extended warranty company was a new experience for me. The work was extensive and expensive. Brian notified me of the cost allocation and explained the what was included in my part of the cost. The work was done and completed earlier than anticipated and the were some additional repairs along the way. I would say that keeping people happy and informed could be a very challenging job but for my experience he aced it. Thanks for everything your help was greatly appreciated.

I’ve been getting my Volvo serviced here since I moved to Florida in 2018. Service Advisor Brian Tessitore has always been great to deal with and I trust him to help keep my XC60 running well. It’s easy to schedule appointments and get the work done quickly and hassle-free. Kudos to the entire service team!!

Joe (Joseph Guerrera) has been the service advisor I have interacted with at Crown Volvo since I moved to Florida 4 years ago. His customer service skills are flawless and top notched - as if he knows me and my car personally. Always suggestive of services and supportive in deciding which ones are essential and top priority. Most recently I had an engine coolant issue and had my Volvo towed to Crown Volvo. Joe called me to get the details first thing and got right to fixing the issue and performing the maintenance that was due soon, all at once even on a Saturday! My car was ready that afternoon. We did postpone a suggested service since the parts were not readily available, but I will be back to get that done as well. The service department at Crown Volvo is wonderful. Service is expedient and the lounge area is comfortable and teeming with snacks and beverages. Brian Tessitore, my service coordinator, is kind and attentive. I’ve owned Volvos for years and Crown has always been my preferred place for maintenance. Highly recommend.
