This place is ridiculous! Beware of what you buy from them. They sell cars that are irreparable junk! Then they say the warranty won’t cover repairs and your stuck with the bill.

Stand your ground
I knew what I wanted going in and they were still a little pushy trying to get me to do some extra coverage of insurance and things like that but when I stood my ground they backed off and it was a good experience. All in all I would recommend them again.

Corporate Customer Service Nightmare
While the buying experience was great the repair process has been painful. I was promised to get an error fixed that I noticed during the test drive. I followed all of their steps to get it checked out. Once their chosen shop could not fix it and a dealer had to I contacted customer service again. They responded with “go ahead and take it to a dealer. My manager approved”. I dropped my car off at the dealer on September 3rd. Between the dealer and myself we probably call 20 times a day to customer service. I have actually talked to someone twice in the three and a half weeks that the car has been there. The dealer had sent over many many emails with documentation. Still nothing. I don’t live in the same town so I left the car for convenience thinking maybe 4 days max and I would get it back. Now that we are pushing a month I am going to get (still not fixed). Had I known I would have gone through this I never would have purchased. Honestly I would sell it back at a loss and start over with a different dealer, but I am backed into a corner. I will continue to wait and hopefully over the next year get approval and will take the car back to the dealer for repairs. I am not holding my breath.
